It was ok for one night at this price. Loud people in the room next door, fine for smoking is 200Euros, they still smoked inside. Bathroom is really old and creepy.

I had a nice stay, but the description is not accurate: the bathroom seems to be common for several rooms. Reception does not speak english.

The staff was more than welcoming. Super nice people!! It was a little far away from the center, but it had metro a bus 2 blocks from the hotel.

One room was large We laid for two double rooms with en suite toilets but only one room had a separate toilet while other shared it with three other roomd

Quiet neighbourhood. Cozy. Clean air. Close to the place I needed to go. TV didn't work. Staff didn't know/want how to fix it. Staff didn't speak english at all so communication was rather limited to body language, gesturing, common words and numbers. Furniture (armchairs) was old and not all that comfortable but acceptable. Lamps had cracks in some of the glass. Lighting was poor. No place where to hang your towel in the bathroom. Bathroom faucet sprinkled instead of normal pouring so you had to keep it on a low setting. Room was clean though. For the same money spent I could have gone to a city center hotel with way better facilities and still get to that part of town in time thanks to an excellent public transportation i.e. subway system. It would have been acceptable for say 150 Euros (4 nights - city tax included ) tops and that with max leniency, but definitely not the 293 I paid. Anyway, with some investments done to the property it could be quite good but as it stands not so much, at least not for the kind of money they're asking.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. Clean room and they even helped with the baggage which wasnt really necessary but was nice. They gave us a fair price for parking for 3 days. They didnt speak english so that complicated things a little but we managed in polish since its fairly similar. We were told they understand ukrainian, russian, slovakian fairly well too. I think for anyone not speaking a similar language it might be good to have some translation app prepared. I wouldnt say i didnt like that, it was simply a small extra hurdle but we managed without problem. I d say maybe the travel distance from the hotel to pragues city center is a bit far by foot but Prague has an excellent metro system which takes you through the middle of the city and the metro station is just max 10min walk from the hotel. Also you can easily rent a bike or scooter in prague so not a real problem either

Good position, close to the place where we were going. Toilets were external, but very clean. Staff was nice, bed was confortable and there were not noise outside. It was hard to understand what was the real entrance, and we were expecting that the two rooms were close and communicating, but they were far.

The place felt clean, and the bathroom was cleaned well. The staff was friendly and accommodating to my needs. The bed was comfortable enough for the price. Location was not my favorite but it’s okay for the price. The price goes up a lot on the weekend though so I could stay much longer. It was a bummer I couldn’t use the reception area because i would have liked to work in my computer down there, but it was always closed.

Staff: The staff was amazing! Everyone was extremely helpful and attentive, which made my stay very enjoyable. Location: The location of the accommodation was excellent, being near the metro station allowed easy access to various parts of the city. Room Cleanliness: The room was poorly cleaned, with noticeable spiderwebs and a general lack of thorough cleaning. It seemed like only the most visible areas were attended to, without much attention to deeper cleaning needs. Noise Levels: The accommodation was not quiet, making it difficult to relax or sleep well. Noise from other guests was audible at almost all times. Shared Bathroom Conditions: The shared bathroom facilities were not maintained well. They were often dirty, with spiderwebs visible, and there were occasions when essential supplies like toilet paper were missing. Shower Privacy and Cleanliness: The shower areas lacked privacy, with no option to lock the doors, and the cleanliness was not up to standard, which made it uncomfortable to use.
