The location was absolutely amazing — genuinely one of the best things about our stay. It was incredibly central and made exploring Prague so easy, with so many of the main sights, beautiful streets, restaurants and cafés just a short walk away. The hotel itself was beautiful, charming and full of character, while also being exceptionally clean and well maintained. A special mention has to go to Vladislav at reception, who was wonderful throughout our stay. He was incredibly warm, friendly and attentive, always happy to help and made us feel genuinely welcome. His kindness really added to our experience. We had such a lovely stay and will definitely be back! nothing

We had the attic family suite. I loved our little balcony with amazing views. Breakfast was superb. Great air conditioning and water pressure. Be aware that there is not a 24-hr desk. The reception desk closed at 6:30pm during our stay. However, I received very clear instructions on how to access our room from the staff through WhatsApp. Make sure the staff knows that you are arriving late in advance.

The location is very close to the Charles Bridge. The reception was super friendly, showed us the map of the city, recommended us for local restaurants. Love the style of the room and building. we had everything we need. The sound insulation might be not that good cuz its a old building, sometimes i hear people talking in the corridor. But most of the time it is quiet and peaceful.

Staff was so nice and accommodating. We did not even ask for our room to be clean daily but every time we did return we had clean towels our bed even more straitened new toiletries. Location could not be any better. With local supermarket few steps away and so close to beautiful Prague historical sites. Highly recommend this place to anybody.

Best place to stay in. Even my parents joined us one night and it was an incredible place to stay in. Staff were so polite and accommodating. If I come back I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting beautiful Prague.

I stayed at Hotel Residence U Černého Orla with my teenage daughter, who has severe peanut and tree nut allergies. I want to give a special mention to Vladislav, our main point of contact, who was truly exceptional; he went above and beyond to coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure every breakfast was safe for my daughter. The breakfast spread itself was phenomenal, and we were incredibly impressed with the care and hospitality shown throughout our stay. Our room overlooked the Charles Bridge, and the morning sunrises were absolutely breathtaking. An exceptional stay highlighted by outstanding hospitality, incredible food safety, and a prime location overlooking the Charles Bridge. There was nothing to dislike; our experience was perfect from start to finish. Of course if you want an elevator this is not the hotel for you.

everything was so perfect, i felt so rich and classy staying here, and the staff treat you like royalty! the room was astonishing, i thought i would feel like it is outdated but it is truly a fairytale dream. cant wait to stay here again someday!

This hotel is amazing, placed in middle of the Prague and has exceptionally nice staff, clean and beautiful rooms and great services. There isn't anything I would complain about! I loved everything.

We loved the location, the hotel itself and the front desk man. All was beyond expectations!!

We loved the history and charm of the building and our room. The location could not be better. There’s no elevator so taking our luggage up two flights was a bit challenging.

What did we like, everything! From first engaging with the hotel. Our contact, Vladislav, personified customer service. A room request wasn’t a problem, after hours access to checkin was seamless and all with a sense of humour (an essential for an Aussie traveller). Only comment is no lift, but the charm of the building certainly outweighed the need to carry our bags up a flight of stairs.
