Got the information of how to get the key very late and then the code was incorrect, so had to call them to get in. There is also no information in the apartment about how the dishwasher and washer work.

it’s clean The room did not match the description and the hotel did not fix a broken bed. According to the description, there are two rooms: bedroom and living room. The bedroom is supposed to have a double bed and a sofa, and the living room has a sofa bed. When we got there, we saw that there is only one room with a double bed and a camping bed: no extra living room. We contacted the hotel but they said there is nothing they could do. When we wanted to go to bed, my sister fell out of the bed because one of the wooden planks in the slatted bed base was broken. We contacted the hotel in the morning, but there was no response at all and no one came to fixe the problem over the course of our stay. and
