Budget Apartment

The space is not well ventilated, it always smells something. It feels a bit damp also.

The staff welcome was perfectly fine, and the location is absolutely perfect for exploring. 1-The floor was not very clean when we arrived. 2-The curtains do not block out the light. We were bothered by the streetlights at night and the bright daylight early in the morning, making it very difficult to sleep properly.

Sound insulation is not great, the furniture is too threadbare. It's a budget room alright.

I would like to point out a few issues with the kitchen amenities. The kitchen is poorly equipped: the frying pan is warped, so it doesn't heat up properly on the stove. Additionally, there is no spatula or lid provided for it.

The location is in a quieter part of the city, so there are no throngs of tourists crowding the streets. Yet it is only a short tram ride away from the center, so it is very conveniently located. The tram stops are all within a few minutes walk. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, markets, and pubs close by. Our room was on the shaded side of the building so despite the hot weather, the room stayed cool. The checkin process was done through an online portal link and communication with the host(s) was done through Whatsapp, very easy! Minor point - one of the soap dispensers in the shared bathroom was empty, otherwise there was nothing that detracted from enjoying our stay!

Host was friendly and introduced the facilities well. Location is great to ride public transit to central train station. Unit is clean and had all basic facilities you need.

Location is great. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Many restaurants around. Short walk to public transportation. Very convenient. The compact kitchen works for a quick breakfast. Check in process and communication with staff was frustrated . I am sure that they could make easier and faster. One light in the bathroom, at the shower, is not working, so the bathroom was a little dark.

The room was reasonably spacious, with a small table and chair, as well as a large-screen TV. There was also a refrigerator. My room had its own bathroom, though most did not. The kitchen was shared, and was tiny. I could not get the microwave to work. There was an induction stove. Cooking equipment was minimal. It was about 3 blocks to public transit. There was no way to close the curtains in my room.

The cleaning staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms and commos spaces are always super clean. Thank you. Maybe the timing for answering to questions can be improved. However all my questions were answered.

Best price/performance that you can find in Prague. Very comfortable stay for very cheap. Heavy cardio if walking.

Spacious room, clean bathroom and shower, comfortable bed, nice host. Closest subway (11 minute walk), closest trolley/tram (6 minute walk). Close to coffee shops and restaurants. N/A.

My 3rd time staying here, love it! Absolutely perfect location in a perfect neighborhood.

Complete lack of thought about basic amenities - not a single hook for clothes or towels anywhere in the appartment.
