Everything was excellent. The location was perfect, the staff were very polite and helpful, and the breakfast was wonderful. The only small issue was that there was no main ceiling light in the room. If this could be fixed, it would make the stay even better. I’m planning to stay at this hotel with my whole family again next year!

Comfy bed and pillows Big spacious room Very noisy. There's no soundproofing at all. If you're lucky and do not have neighbors then you're fine otherwise bring earplugs.

Easy check-in, great location. Easy to get uber/bolt to the front of the hotel. Quiet rooms and the air condition works well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is is okay, but not the best I have had.

We booked this stay for 3 days 2 night. We reached Prague in the morning so checked in few times with the hotel if they can allow early check in. They said to check around 12. We reached at 12 to the hotel and requested for early checkin again and they allowed it. The staff named Natalia is very polite accommodating and considerate. We bugged her many times for early checkin and she happily assisted us with a smile.The room was like an Airbnb stay. I mean that the room had living room plus bed room plus washroom with a bath tub so you can imagine it was huge. There are multiple supermarket, less touristy best restaurants in walking distance and the connectivity is awesome.The breakfast was also good and had multiple options to eat from. Highly recommend.
