Good location! The tram station is just in front of the accommodation. It’s easy to go anywhere. AC is set in the room.

AC worked well in the heat of the summer. Friendly staff A bit dated. The hotel is on one side of a busy street but reception and breakfast are on the other side.

I was looking for a cheap hotel room with AC and that is exactly what I got. The temperature in the room was great. I booked a single room and got a double. The room was spacious and even had a fridge and a microwave. The room was facing the street, but it wasn't as noisy as the reviews made me think. I could sleep perfectly and didn't hear any of my neighbours. There even was free breakfast, I would recommend to skip the bread section, but the fruit and the cheesecake were great. And the location is great, outside the city center, directly next to a tram stop and closes to Vitkov, a hill with a nice view over the city. The AC was dripping, but the staff had informed me about it before hand. The sink wasn't totally clean.

Absolute nightmare — zero stars if I could. This wasn’t just a bad stay; it was a biohazard. Mould has completely taken over the property — it’s on the bathroom walls, framing the windows, and literally inside the microwave. We were moved, only to find out EVERY single room is rotting with the same toxic infestation. To top it all off, the ground floor hallway reeks of a rotting garbage dump that hits you the second you walk in. As if that weren't enough, the breakfast was an absolute joke — completely inedible, stale, and the single worst excuse for a meal I have ever been served. The ONLY good thing about this place is the girl at the reception. But honestly, she deserves so much better than working in this dump — she should find a new job ASAP. Staying here is an absolute health hazard, both physically and mentally. This place shouldn't be open to the public — it needs to be shut down by health inspectors immediately. Do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY unless you want to inhale toxic spores. PS Should I say about insects and 0% soundproof? ? Check photos ? Hopefully I survived but this 1 night stay took 10 years of my mental and physical health ?

The room was nice and clean. It had just enough space for 2 large walking rucksacks beside the bed. The bathroom was clean and spatious. Microwave was a helpful addition, but too high up to be suited to making meals. There seemed to always be people smoking outside the front door, which wafted up to our window throughout the stay, and since it was a non-smoking hotel, this was rather irritating.

Very comfortable and the perfect size for one person. Excellent location right next to a tram line that will take straight through the city center. The neighborhood is also lovely with a lot of great food nearby. Very friendly staff.
