Good location. Excellent breakfast. Fantastic front desk staff. Had an issue with bed comfort. They added a mattress topper to my bed and it was perfect.

I liked the view from the room balcony; the breakfast; the location; the staff; the property was nicely appointed. Coffee. There was some kind of mechanical noise overnight that impeded my sleep.

Excellent location just a couple minutes walk to a big beautiful beach and located alongside lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection. Hotel offered towels we could take to the beach and we could also exchange daily for fresh towels. Nothing, it was a perfect stay.

Spa was amazing but was notnincuded in the price and tou need to reserve. I tried to contact the spa bedforehand even but they did not reply.

The location and the staff was very good The room was horrible for sleep! The light at 6 am entered inside all bedroom.

The breakfast was 5* staff was great. the only regret that we had was the parking it was full and we had to put it some were else.

I liked the pool area and the DJ. The security at the entrance ofthe hotel kept non-guest from roaming in the hotel.

Location is outstanding (beach front) with lots of restaurants walking distance. The hotel breakfast was excellent with a variety of food. The room was able to accommodate our family of 4. Most staff were friendly and helpful. No available parking at the hotel, ended up parking in a nearby lot. Also a few staff members were outright rude. It was evident they didn’t want to be there and they took it out on our family. Hoping it was an off day for them.

Great location in Portimão, close to the beach and surrounded by a lively atmosphere with many families. Stayed for six nights. The breakfast breads were not fresh, and the coffee from the three automated machines was poor. Parking was expensive, with the address not clearly marked. Additionally, reaching the hotel entrance required a code, which wasn’t provided beforehand. The beds were uncomfortable, and the room felt cramped after a third bed was added, leaving almost no space to move. The Wi-Fi connection was also weak throughout our stay.

I was not a fan of the two twin beds pushed together to make one double bed. They spilt in the middle very easily.

The property had several amenities and was within walking distance to shopping and good. Location was everything. I liked everything.
