Upon arrival I was told no more parking at the hotel. Created a big issue as this hotel is in a busy area. The lock-box in the room was too small for laptop. When I went out for dinner, my room was entered and laptop stolen. I reported to front desk and asked manager to contact me. Nobody called so I went back next day and asked for the electronic key card history. They wouldn’t provide it and told me bonus entered my room. I asked for CCTV footage and they refused to cooperate. Staff that doesn’t steal my valuables

This is my third year in a row staying here and it never disappoints! The air conditioning only went to 19°C wish it could go down lower.

Price seems high for the level of room. Electricity was out for maintenance, had to use stairs for 1st few hours

The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was large and the partial sea view was very nice. Best location in Portimao to stay. The breakfast was ok some days but other days there were a lot of items that were very cold or inedible. The coffees were not very good at the breakfast either.

From the pool bar the bartender walking back and forth between guests. They should have access from the back to the kitchen.

Great hotel in a fantastic location - easy walk to everything and direct access to the beach. The room was huge, with a full "living" area, & small wet bar and a gorgeous view of the beach & the bedding was perfect! Breakfast was very good, except the coffee machines which made lattes with sweetened milk only. We did not eat dinner there. The staff was very helpful. They directed us to some of the best dining and there was a dedicated parking lot attendant which was super important in the tight garage. The floors could have been cleaner, but at least they gave slippers!

Close to beach. Staff was nice. You could hear doors slamming at all hours. The halls/ions were noisy. Needs sound proofed!!!

Excellent Breakfast. Location was across the beach. Our room was quiet and comfortable, very big too! Parking on site, Taxi are on the side of the building. The clothes hanger is too high, and the tub is high too. there is no facial tissue.

The room was more high end than we expected. We booked a "partial ocean view," which turned out to be exceptional. The breakfast was fabulous, with lots of variety. The room had a nice patio to sit and look at the ocean, as well as the crowd moving on the promenade below. The Prahia do Rocha was a nice beach. There was nothing we didn't like.

The staff were friendly and the facility was very clean and well maintained.The morning breakfast was well presented and prepared. I would only say that the evening buffet was a disappointment with food quality and selection. I would advise not to participate. There are much better options outside of the hotel.
