Absolutely disgusting. Along with disgusting and unclean bathroom conditions, the electrical box was broken (and pieced together with tape). The stainless steel had not been even attempted at being wiped down, and I won’t describe bathroom conditions, but they were sickening. And when I reported and requested a call back from management, I waited, but nothing. This property was a poor reflection of Hilton, and definitely not a good impression of Prattville accommodations.

Larger room and plenty of close by resturants. The room wasn't clean, broken features inside the room, putty globbed all over the shower walls, and thin walls. Main areas in the hotel not clean. Breakfast was out of most everything by 7am.

Didn’t realize hotel was under renovation. Glad because it could use a little facelift. Nice area to stay.

VERY OLD RUN DOWN HOTEL AND VERY DISAPPOINTED.I feel I was over charged for this room and could have stayed At a nicer hotel for what I paid.They also added a $30.00 charge when I check in that wasn't disclosed when room was booked.The lady said I will see the $30.00 back on my card at checkout.I will notify c/c company if not received.

First off, the AC controls do not let you control anything, you could not even turn the fan on… Second my Direct tv controller would not work, i got new batteries, still nothing, so no tv for me. Third, the microwave did not work. Fourth, in the morning, no hot water!!!!cold shower for me Yay!!!

Location was great, close to meeting area. Floors creaking and could hear people walking above my room.

The room was so gross and the staff non existent. The halls and ceiling so loud we couldnt sleep. No longer a hilton member after this stay.

Good breakfast. Need to watch the temperature though. Was a little cool. Good selection for breakfast. Fast elevator. Spacious room and bathroom. Bathroom barn style door could be replaced. But ok. Different style than what would be normal.
