This property was okay, not great. Items were missing from our room (hangers, kitchen utensils). The pool was nice. The free breakfast was not good. The coffee was weak. It is close to many dining options which was a plus. We will stay at another hotel on our next visit.

Hilton, and another patron walking completely in the back to find someone a staff member popped up from down the hall. He assigned my room and then I went up to check on it. The door was open, and the beds were undone. I had to go down and get another room, which was terrible as well. Awful experience… choose a different hotel!

Not up to par - room was unclean, b'fast was barely anything, evening staff was inconvenienced by my presence.

Great breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Our room could have been cleaned better. But overall great stay for 2 Adults and 3 children while visiting family in town.

I was given the incorrect rook from what I paid, and I am going on almost a month of trying to get a refund. Not pleased with management at all.

Rude staff

The hotel was having some kind of sewer issue. There was intermittent sewer smell outside and inside the building. There were not pool towels available. The tissue and body wash in the shower was empty and not refilled. Otherwise property was clean and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff gave us cards to the wrong room but was apologetic afterwards.

Absolutely disgusting. Along with disgusting and unclean bathroom conditions, the electrical box was broken (and pieced together with tape). The stainless steel had not been even attempted at being wiped down, and I won’t describe bathroom conditions, but they were sickening. And when I reported and requested a call back from management, I waited, but nothing. This property was a poor reflection of Hilton, and definitely not a good impression of Prattville accommodations.

Larger room and plenty of close by resturants. The room wasn't clean, broken features inside the room, putty globbed all over the shower walls, and thin walls. Main areas in the hotel not clean. Breakfast was out of most everything by 7am.
