The amenities were lacking! Hotels that we have stayed have had hair dryers in the room and at least a continental breakfast in the morning. Courtyard had neither. The next time we stay in that area, we will look for another hotel!!

My family and I stayed from June 10th through June 14th. Unfortunately, the bathroom appeared to be in need of remodeling, and the rooms were only cleaned every other day. In addition, the carpet had a noticeable mildew odor, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.

The pool was nice but all the pool surroundings were a disaster. The furniture was shredded, there was only one working umbrella. A huge pile of cigarette butts near the gazebo. It was a disgrace.

The location was great, it was clean and the staff were all so nice!!! On the pictures when booking the hotel it showed a much nicer pool area, with a hot tub and lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas.. it in fact does not have a hot tub and the furniture outside was worn down and junky… we picked this hotel based off the pool area for our son and it wasn’t what it showed.

Everyone at the hotel was kind, friendly and accommodating. This hotel has an incredible staff. I will definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

Suite was very clean and spacious. Parking is sparing. Property is well situated among shopping and food establishments with plenty of variety within a short walk or drive. Will stay again.
