The room was dirty and had cockroaches. The air conditioning did not work well and the refrigerator did not work at all. Location did not feel safe.

Check in was easy and smooth . Our room had a small stain on the bed sheets which house keeping replaced other than that the room was clean and no other issues . The room number was 340. It was a date night for me and my wife .

Very dirty and hot, said there was a continental breakfast and there was not. Rust in tub looks dirty, and vents dirty. No air conditioning in halls ways or turned on in room so took forever to cool off and everything was damp due to the humidity.

Nothin at all the elevator was not super functional it was hot. The ac in the room didn't work it was dirty and there were cockroaches and they offered a refund but In a month. The door to the stairs was broken the elevator was out of date on inspection. No breakfast no amenities. One roll of toilet paper stains and dirt everywhere.

It was quiet There was roaches in both rooms. The first room we got the ac did not cool the room. We called the front desk the clerk came down after about 15 mins and argued with us and then finally stated we could go in the other room and see if we wanted to stay in there. Once we got in the room there was water roaches under the television stand and running around the sink area.

During my stay, the front desk mistakenly gave another guest a key to my occupied room. They unlocked and entered while I was inside. Although they realized the mistake and left immediately, this was a serious breach of my privacy and made me feel unsafe. Guests should never be given access to an occupied room. I’d like to know what steps you’re taking to prevent this from happening again and how you plan to address what happened. Because of the seriousness of this incident, I’d like to request an appropriate resolution, such as a refund, points, or another form of compensation.

the only good thing about this place was the location. the shower felt like it was cleaned with conditioner; slick & slimy. they had roaches, the ac didnt work properly, they never cleaned the filters, the beds were hard as a brick, the 2 pillows that you got on the bed had zero support to them. a breaker popped in the middle of me using the microwave, went to use the phone in the room to call down to the front desk, but couldn't because it wasn't hooked up at all.

Please do not stay here! It's not safe! Not only are there random people loitering around the access door doesn't lock. The AC unit leaked and it flooded our hotel room twice. All staff did was bring towels, but they quickly got soaked and the flood came back. Also, the phone wasn't connected. Makes you wonder if they disconnected it on purpose so that people wouldn't call them to fix things. Oh! And our car was broken into during the night! So yeah, safe your time, money, and sanity and stay away!

Pleasant

Location I had to move to four rooms before I found one with the air-conditioning working on the third floor. The first floor is great. I’ll stay there numerous times the room. I finally stayed in the tub drain was clogged and would not drain.

The 1st room was flooded moved us that room had visible mold on the walls the 3rd room the toilet had feces and urine on the seat and hadn't been flushed. The tub was so dirty we had to put bath towels down to get in it. The 1st room was flooded moved us to another room and had visible mold on the walls moved us again 3 times the toilet was covered in feces and urine on toilet the bathtub was so dirty we put bath towels in it to stand on. 4am knocking on our door wanting payment I showed them my booking receipt and where it had been debited out of my account

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked this hotel in error., Once I realized this when checking in, After checking in we get on the elevator and it was really hot and smelly like someone tried to clean up throw up. My daughter’s room smell of cigarette smoke. The curtains were falling down, and was totally disgusting. Me and my wife room was the same and when we went to go take a shower, the water would not drain and your feet are stuck soaking in backup water that would not drain. The remote control to the TV was completely broken and it smell as if Raid roach spray was sprayed in both rooms to kill roaches. This is a hotel that you would take prostitute to. We were so uncomfortable that we decide to cut our trip short and leave early around 4 o’clock in the morning so that we did not have to sleep at hotel.. If you want to call staying up all night getting sleep.the mattresses are so worn that they sag in the middle. If anyone give this hotel 5 stars is a fake review there is no way this is a 3 or 2 star hotel.

All in all, absolutely nothing like the website suggests. I will not try to stay there again.

Rooms were dirty, AC did not work.. Door handle was broke going to the staircase. Had to check in at Red Roof Inn and desk would not answer phone

Moved the fridge, roaches ran. Turned the lights on in bathroom, more roaches. The bathroom also had mold on the silicon strip. Very disappointing.

Superb

Location Bugs, pee in toilet , toilet seat not attached, someone s room key and drink on night stand, head print in bed!! No no no smells!

Nothing Actually clean the rooms. Unclog clogged drains.
