Strong marijuana smell

Trashed Our room stunk like someone had a party in it the night before and beer and cigarettes smelled everywhere

The online pictures look very nice, and they do look like the pictures but once inside the room it is nasty feeling, looks like they haven’t been properly maintained for years. You can tell they are used as weekly and/or monthly rentals. Disappointing and deceiving !!!!

I have stayed here many times but this will be the last time. No internet or TV at all. Place was redone not to long ago but this place is being run down. Walked into a muggy and damp room. Paint peeling in the bathroom and coming down. Floors were nasty. Such a shame cause this was a nice place to stay. I will go elsewhere now.

It was a average room, but not a average price It was over priced and it didn't even have a coffee pot or a ash tray and I paid extra for a smoker room. It was a plain room for a high price

The fact that fridge was frozen up, bathroom light didn’t work and microwave didn’t have turntable plate and burned everything. I complained to staff to be met with excuse after excuse. I stayed there working in the are for almost 2 months and they never cleaned my room . Also the one time I asked for clean sheets I never got them I had to pay to wash my bed clothes myself. I had paid for a month and they wouldn’t help with any of the problems.

Best 3 nights in the longest! Clean, smelled so good lol, the staff were respectful as well.

The employee who was on when I checked in was very nice. The room was okay. I have been here before, and my first stay was better. It was very noisy where I was this time.

I loved that Bass Pro Shops was right behind it! There were a lot of places to eat and shop, also. I loved the bathtub/shower. These were indeed the highlights of the room, and they looked new and clean. I loved the shampoo, and soap and body wash bars. The refrigerator kept either freezing up or had water dripping down the back no matter what I did. While the place looked clean it was not. My socks were black from the floors, so I had to wear my sneakers all of the time. It was dirty around the toilet. The biggest issue is the fact that this room was a non smoking room, but the vents are connected to smoking rooms, and the smell of smoke from cigarettes and weed were coming into the room to the point that I had to place a plastic bag over the vent in the bathroom to stop the problem. I have asthma, and an allergy to cigarette and weed smell/smoke. It has ended me up in the ER many times. Although the office was contacted, nothing was done to help. I have been wheezing and my nose stuffy for days now due to this. This hotel should not advertise that it has non smoking rooms when the vents are connected to smoking rooms. They are not in any way non smoking rooms, so beware.

If there wasn’t a tornado watch going on, I would have left this nasty room. It smelled of cigarettes, the tub and shower head covered in mold, a ton of “stains” all over the blankets, the mini fridge was a block of ice where I couldn’t even close the door. Also, when I turned in the ac, even more cigarette smoke came out. Didn’t feel safe after the man at the reception kept commenting on my appearance calling me “sweet” and “innocent” looking… creepy!

They said I was late and canceled my reservation. Claimed I’d get a refund but that’s been 4 days ago still nothing.

It was full of addicts. Smelled really bad of cigarettes and animals. Late night sketchy activities in the parking lot. On site said they offered breakfast then once booked there was no breakfast
