Newer hotel, pretty clean. Foot prints on the wall in our room. Breakfast was good, biscuits/gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs, and waffles. Bagles/toast. Complimentary dinner. Staff was nice. The guy setting up breakfast was the best.

Nice place to stay and they make a small dinner at night
-
Probably the worst breakfast I have ever had. The fake eggs were really bad. Sausages were not good either. Very disappointing, I didn't have timw to stop anywhere else for breakfast.
-
Affordable They are doing construction or something on the 3rd floor right above my room all 4 nights I stayed. They would work until about 11:45 every night. Couldn’t get anyone to answer the front desk phone after multiple attempts

The hotel must be fairly new because it smelled new when I walked inside. Very nice place. Would definitely recommend.

Dont stay at this hotel. I did not even want to give it one star. The hotel sold my booked room to someone else, even though I called to confirm the booking.

Large, clean, quiet room. LOVED the wood floor — so much more sanitary than carpet. Very comfortable bed with nice pillows and plush linens. Shower had lots of hot water, good pressure and convenient dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Plenty of electrical outlets to charge devices. Lots of space to set luggage. Fast elevator. The automatic doors at the hotel entrance were very convenient for carrying luggage. Reasonable price compared with other area lodging. Bonner at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Very limited space around the sink to set toiletries. The sink faucet spout was only about half an inch from the edge of the basin making it rather difficult to use the sink (reception said the faucets will be replaced in all rooms). The shower floor was a little slippery — it would be great if they would install a grab bar (many hotels now have them in all rooms, not just accessible ones). Despite these issues, our overall stay was great. We would definitely return and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

I’ve stayed in this hotel several times in the past year. Quality of experience has steadily declined. Location is great. No towels in my room when I arrived. The bathtub was not clean. The dispenser for conditioner in shower did not work. One of my personal towels was removed from the room when the room was cleaned. Quality of breakfast has markedly declined: cold scrambled eggs, no more grits, no butter spread for toast, lack of attentive staff. Staff seems indifferent to creating a welcoming environment. I’m sad to see this hotel go from very good to mediocre or worse in the past year.

The breakfast was good, and the staff is very helpful and friendly, especially the front desk staff. The cook is also very nice, helpful, and welcoming. One major concern, however, is the hotel’s payment system. You have to be very careful because their system can glitch, and it may result in your card being charged multiple times. In my experience, money was repeatedly taken from my account, so I strongly recommend keeping a close eye on your bank account and checking your charges carefully. Overall, the hotel has potential, but they need to improve their cleanliness, maintenance, and payment system.

The staff at check-in was great. The hotel was clean and the room was very nice. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful.

Make sure everything in the rooms works

Great hotel; the staff is very nice and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was disappointing. The juice machine was out; there was no water to drink, and no milk for the cereal.
-
The hotel was reasonably priced for the room and offered a good complimentary breakfast. There was no pool or gym, but since we only stayed for two nights, that wasn’t a big issue for us. The location was very convenient, right off the freeway, and it was an easy drive to Maxwell AFB. Overall, it was a good value for a short stay.

Hotel was dirty inside and out with notable trash on floors and grounds
-
Everything was good!
-
Breakfast was ok Shower had mold. Room was very small.

The Hotel was new and the rooms were clean for the most part. The room was super sticky because they didn’t have the AC turned on in it. The tub had some leftover soap stains from the previous users, and they left us no toilet paper in the room to use. The break was absolutely horrible. The waffles were spit and the sausage was cold. The cereal selection was horrible for kids. The hotel itself was nice and the staff was awesome, but I wouldn’t stay here again.
