The room was clean and updated. The bedding was not very nice though. My biggest complaint is the room felt very humid. I would not stay again.

Laundry facilities are kept clean and getting mail here was a huge help. Staff always greeted me when I came in and out and they treated my dog really well too! I definitely recommend this property.

Room was dirty, smelled gross. we had 4 guests and were only allowed 2 towels. Front desk would not give us any extra. Would not recommend

Overall, a solid choice for an affordable stay. My main criticisms are that housekeeping never cleaned my room and I couldn’t get the WiFi to work. The room I was originally assigned was not ready, but the front desk person promptly assigned me to another room. So ok overall.

I had a situation where I requested to speak to the manager. One of the employees stated the manager’s name was Kimberly. Unfortunately, the manager never called me and I expressed the urgency 2-3 times regarding the situation. This is not good business practices. It shows a lack of care and concern since she is representing the hotel as the manager.

Only the attention from Mrs. Wanzalla. Nothing else. The service was terrible. We rented a room with a kitchen, but it never worked during the first week, even though we reported it on day one. Housekeeping was poor; they didn't change the towels or fix anything. Horrible.

They cancel my reservation , did notify , found out when I was trying to check in , this is the second this has happened , I have been coming to this location since the first weekend it opened. I don't what is going on They seem to not be able to keep staff and managers , hopefully this can get corrected.

Rooms were clean, neat, sanitary. Hotel had nothing else to offer. No breakfast-only coffee but was told no creamer. Desk shuts down overnight. Only 1 disposable cup for taking my meds.

Cleanliness, and comfortable bed. Not enough towels and refrigerator and freezer section not working. However, the refrigerator situation may not have been brought to the attention of the hotel previously. Although, after I made the issue of the refrigerator known to the attending representative of the hotel, I was assured that the matter would be taken care of after the hoilday, due to maintenance being off duty. Thank you.

The Location was great No ice maker nor things for the kitchenette...how do you offer a kitchenette with NOTHING to use it? The air conditioning unit was too close to the bed! Banged my knee? Called the front desk for towels, the maintenance man came, asked what was needed and NEVER returned!?

That is in a very good location. That the facility is very inconvenient for check-in due to your short lack of personal, and the rooms are very anti-hygienic very dirty. It looks like nobody have a pass, a mop or broom, and the floors we found out towels were dirty. The room was not made it was a mess and there’s no way to put that was very uncomfortable that you guys still have no black shadows or windows to blackout the light from the outside very uncomfortable not happy because I have paid so much money and I didn’t fail. It was a good price for you know to stay in your hotel.

My friend stayed there but had no TV, had to put his own pillow cases on and the room was dirty. It was a terrible experience for us both. I would like a refund since I didn’t even stay there.

No rooms available 30 minutes after I booked the reservation. $100+ gone!

Small rooms, smelly hallways.

Tv was missing, pillows had no pillow cases, floor was slimy, dirty, and damp...very uncomfortable, but I had no other choice. While the front desk was as helpful as she could be, I will not be back. I stayed there last year, and it was great. I feel I am due a refund.

Staff was extremely nice and professional; however, our room was not great! The beds were very comfortable; there was no shower curtain, there were no hand towels, only two bath towels and one washcloth. The biggest issue was that one light switch controlled everything except the refrigerator and microwave. We had to sleep with the lights on, because when you turned it off, it also turned off the TV and all of the outlets. In other words, we could not charge any phones.
