Brilliant service

Quiet, spacious room on 5th floor affording great view southwards towards CBD, very comfortable bed and excellent spacious bathroom. Very clean with plenty of storage space. Hotel reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. With King bed, I gather room would have been set up for two, and while there were two sets of cups and sauces, there was only one water glass, no wine glass's, knives and plates for nibbles, which would have been useful. Expensive parking too, was an issue, being told at event attended that parking would have been free by scanning a QR code in my event dining table. of which I did.

Clean spacious room King bed was two singles pushed together

Room was good , quiet and spacious Parking was adequate, confusing to enter but found it eventually Restaurant was good , and menu was adequate Bathroom was small
-
This room was bigger and better than when I stayed in the previous week which was a corner room and very small. All was good. no complaints
-
Staff very helpful and friendly esp in restaurant. Meals lovely too.

Bed high quality standard as it was so comfortable. Ample pillows Passage carpeting rather worn on level 6 but of no real consequence

Overall the hotel was very good with facilities etc But our Room No 320 was the most dysfunctional room I've ever stayed in How it ever got allowed or approved is beyond me - as it had a large pillar blocking movement from one side of the room to the other - refer to attached photos. We are 2 trim people 78kg and 65 kg - but had to contort to squeeze between the pillar and the bed - or the pillar and the cabinetry. Absolute joke A room without a pillar - like our Room 320 As mentioned above there was a large pillar blocking movement from one side of the room to the other - refer to attached photos. We are 2 trim people 78kg and 65 kg - but had to contort to squeeze between the pillar and the bed - or the pillar and the cabinetry. Absolute joke Incidentally the pillar seemed hollow - not concrete or load bearing. No idea why it was there

Very comfortable room Accommodating staff to the event I attended Breakfast was nice Room service was quick We got a noise complaint at 8pm from just talking in the room Taking a refund depost rather than a pre-authorisation

Convenient location, friendly staff, nice rooms, can’t go wrong. The downstairs restaurant is great. Onsite parking usually available.

Room was spacious, staff were wonderful especially the woman at The Stampton whose name started with H she was a blast to chat with Towels were cheap and scratchy, "king" bed was 2 singles pushed together with unlocked bases allowing them to split in the middle

room was very big. breakfast was OK. beds were comfy. staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful! ref was big. three was a wet spot on the floor carpet (seems from under the floor) but we did not bother telling the hotel staff anymore. one (of 2 elevators) was not working on our 1st day there but was eventually fixed. no gym facilities.
