The rooms are not noise proof so could hear everything in ajoining rooms. Reception could be more friendly.

The price. The yard for coffee Woken up numerous early AM,s by others being thoughtless. Banging from others especially how room doors closed. Very loud. The smell of the room and if towels. Bought disinfectant spray. How no one cleaned for 11 days. Had to ask. Staff particularly helpful but when mentioning to them noise at 3, 4, 5am their answer always did you ring office? Bottom sheet always coming off bed. Garbage bin dirty inside and remote control

You can find almost anything you need and they are clean. Low price . Small and you have to pay deposit at least 250 AUD

Small Sink in bed room, not in washroom even for Shaving, tooth brushing, Face washing. That will be limiting those. Bathroom no lighting. Not a water bottle provided.

The facilities are clean and modern. The staff were friendly enough and they let me store my bags when i can to early to check in. They have everything advertised. The location is not great. The neighborhood around it is not awful or the like, but it takes about 45 to get to the cbd from this place if you are going by train. It's next to a busy highway, and other than 2 pizza joints and a few coffee shops, there is not much in the area to recommend it. The other problem is the security deposit. You specifically have to ask for it back when you leave and sign a form with information to get it back. That, and the fact that you have to use your keycard everywhere in the building, including in the elevators and the landings of stairs to other floors, lends a cold atmosphere to this place.

The bed was too high. Only a stool to sit on..nothing to support your back. The toilet leaked There was white flecks of dust everywhere..even on my suitcase that was under the bed.

The location was good and accessible to most facilities I was looking for. The only issue was that the room was too small, but later I adjusted to it. Nothing special to mention about

there's a lot to offer for guests with extended stays. Feels like a good community.

The room was a good size, comfortable and quiet. Close to tram into CBD. There was a total lack of equipment in the room - there was a kettle, microwave and fridge, but not a glass, cup, chair (1 stool), no milk, no extra toilet paper, no hangers. Bathroom had nowhere to put anything apart from one small narrow shelf. I knew beforehand that this was a place which offered good deals on longer term stays, eg 2 weeks, even 6 months. People planning to stay that long are not likely to come with that sort of equipment, and would expect some basic crockery and cutlery. Staff on the reception desk were helpful in supplying milk, etc. I think it should be made clear on the website that staying here is more like renting a room or flat.

Noise and the severe cozyness of the apartment.

Fire alarm went off at least 7-8 times in the few weeks I was there, woken up multiple times in the middle of the night from false fire alarms. Tried to extend another day and was charged more than I what I ended up paying for a much bigger room in a hotel in the CBD. When I mentioned the price being too much the staff said it was negotiable so felt very scammy. The facilities are good but I wasnt allowed access to a lot of them because I'm not a student, such as the quiet rooms. But as a young professional I think quiet rooms and study areas should be just as important.
