Hyatt Place Princeton

Nothing The hotel is haunted and old, there is no pool, the breakfast is horrible, the furniture is old, room service is creepy, no toilet tissue in the bathroom, the towels are old. The lights and the television shuts on and off, paranormal activity in the hallways and rooms,rooms small, bathroom is small, the room doesn’t make since, beds are old and uncomfortable and pull out bed is uncomfortable. No benches to sit outside

Need new pillows for bed. Otherwise everything was fine.

Clean and comfortable. Staff were great. Close to mall and restaurants. Breakfast looked good if you opt for it. All at a fair price Will stay again.

Room was fine but Only one of two elevators were operating, the one stopped at every floor and was full when it reached my floor. Breakfast was picked through when I arrived at 9.

Location was great. Breakfast could be a little better. Staff was very nice and polite.

Our stay here was okay but we'll look elsewhere next time. The room would be okay if you are traveling alone but not for us. The toilet and shower are in one room and the sink/counter/bright light are outside that facing the bed. Not ideal if you want to get ready/wash up and your partner is sleeping, or they are watching tv and you are using the hair dryer, or if you use the toilet and want the sink without an audience, or if you want privacy. The location was good: next to shopping, food, not far from Princeton. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was a little tired, but it sounds like they are renovating.

Outstanding. Markedly better than a different Hyatt place we stayed in just the day prior in another town. Seemed like several grades up. Thank you, Princeton!

Clean room

Front Desk is very helpful

Nothing, we did check out the minut we entered upon arrival, we were shocked to find the room completely unventilated with no openable windows. We were traveling with our young child who suffers from severe asthma, making the room unsafe and impossible to stay in. ​We returned the keys to the front desk within minutes without using the room. Despite the clear medical necessity and immediate checkout, the hotel refused to authorize a refund for a room we couldn't stay in for even 10 minutes. Zero flexibility and zero empathy for a child's health issue. Highly disappointed, would not recommend.

Breakfast and Clean room

Great place, clean, quiet, nice staff. Would be nice to include a microwave in the room, at least the room I had did not include one. The bathroom was very small, just something to take note of, sink and mirror located outside the bathroom. Overall a very nice place and I would like to stay in the future, next to a lot of good shops and places to eat and drink.

Breakfast is decent and staff were good. A/C was making noise and property need maintenance

I am so glad I made the choice to stay at this Hyatt. Stayed the night with my kids on a trip and woke up to a completely dead battery. The Manager, Derek was so helpful and even tried to jump my battery for me. The girl working the front desk was so sweet and even made me an iced coffee, they both checked on me several times to see if I needed anything. Hotel was clean, staff was amazing, comfortable beds and perfect for my family! Will stay again!

But overall a good experience. Would highly recommend it in Princeton.

Being able to check in after midnight was nice since our flight was delayed. The only real downside to our room was the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor of it. Other than that it was fine.
