The hotel was okay. For the money spent, I think it could have included breakfast. The pull out bed’s mattress was flat and looked like it didn’t fit the bed. We had to ask for more linen and towels even though I had already mentioned how many guests would be in the room. The toilet flushed really loud, you could literally hear it outside the room. One of the elevators was out of order and there was a wedding so waiting for the elevator was longer than I expected. The elevator that did work was extremely uncomfortable. It kept jumping. The prices for the food was ridiculous. There was not enough amenities for the price.

However the Bathroom needed extra cleaning. The staff was great and took care of everything right of way.

Great experience at this hotel for a wedding stay. The staff from the front desk to the bar were all very helpful and friendly.

Had a wonderful stay. Our room was nicely appointed and super clean. Had dinner and breakfast in their restaurant and were amazed how good the food was and how accommodating the staff was (we were in a bit of a rush to get to the theater and the wait staff made sure our food came out quickly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

It is a family-oriented hotel but we didn't like being around so many kids. Avoid the hotel in the summer.

I asked for them to address it and it did not change. The staff was very nice, but I would have appreciated a better experience with the AC.

Even though we stayed for just one night, we had a wonderful experience. The room was classic but definitely better than average, and everything was perfectly clean. The highlight of our stay was the phenomenal breakfast served in a beautiful setting. The hotel itself is huge, well-maintained, and the price was very reasonable Nothing worth mentioning. It was a very pleasant short stay.
