Providence Marriott Downtown

We love the beautiful pool indoors and outdoors…so relaxing and will definitely come back!

the staff was very friendly and the room was clean. the pool was cool and unique with its indoor/ outdoor design. modern day hotels schemes are genuinely a scam. they charge for everything extra and people just have to pay for it bc they have no choice. the vending machines for toiletries/ snacks/ otc medicines. paying $32 a night extra for parking??? lmao it really is like a humiliation ritual bc you are blatantly being taking advantage of. it was overpriced for an otherwise mid-level hotel but the amenities were okay like everything was operating like normal.

Great stay

The bathroom was not that clean, hair in the shower. Ceilings that need upgrading and all around mid for a Marriott.

Amazing pool! Great gym. Overall beautiful and clean.

Expected more regather food. We had breakfast supplied by American Cruise Lines. The bread and bagels were frozen and still defrosting. Expected more from a Marriott.

The hot tub water looked brown, besides that there were many chair lounge hoggers at the pool.

Hotel and room were a bit run down. Pool area was crowded and not very clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Wish AquaBar would be open on Mondays.

Aji was extremely helpful and assigned us a pool view room that was incredible. We have stayed here in the past during water fire for the past two years and the shuttle is a great perk as parking is at a premium during the event. We are already booked for May 2027.

Not clean and the rooms are old. My room wasn’t cleaned, even though I explicitly asked. My TV and A/C did not work. Room did not have soap or conditioner. The hotel is outdated.

Very clean place and room. Staff were friendly, only downside was no microwave in room. Very comfortable bedsheets and pillows.

The staff was lovely and it was a beautiful property. Our door to the room was so hard to open, whether opening to go in or out. 258

Overall the stay was average. The staff was very nice and the lobby was as well. The rooms could definitely use some updating -- the AC unit made a loud noise for a while once it was turned on, the water pressure was very low, and the TV went in/out a few times. The pool area was really nice!
