Both pool adult and kids pool. The arrangement for breakfast is brilliant. Traffic was good. The hotel ambience also good. Booked this room to relax. None

Mine got unconnected phone which unable to call out for food service. I had to call receptionist thru my personal hp to connected to cafe. No dental kit received as mentioned in their SOP but since i brought my own then no prob for me. Total towel received not cater for max people stay. I was not complained before coz room phone unconnected.

The room was spacious and each room came with its own balcony, which was a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable as well. The pool was huge and could accommodate many guests comfortably at the same time. Having a few food stalls near the pool was definitely a plus point, and the food was great too. Breakfast was good overall, and we especially loved the croissants! The toilet could be cleaner. The separate pools for kids and adults are a nice touch, but children still need supervision, so adults can’t really swim while keeping an eye on them. There were also not enough power plugs in the room for charging devices conveniently.

The swimming pool just in front of the room. You can see your child from the room. Everything good?

I enjoyed the ambience. My son loved the pool, both pools! My husband and I would definitely want to come back ? I wished the egg station at the breakfast buffet didn't pre prepare the omelettes in bulk though, and the pillow was a little bit too hard/high to my liking.

The pool is great but, please clean the green moss at the sliding area.

while i arrived there was a strong smell underneath the hotel ground i supposed it came from sewerage. The management might take into consideration keep maintaining a good landscaping as well sewerage pipeline.

The parking lot looks close to your room. But actually you need to walk around the compound to find the entrance to the room blocks. It was a tall long wall around the perimeter. Lucky for me I drive my EV, so I park at the charger spot and near to the entrance

My stay at the hotel was generally pleasant, especially because of its beautiful scenery and lovely outdoor landscapes. The view around the property was peaceful and refreshing, making it a wonderful place to relax and unwind. However, there are a few areas inside the hotel that could use some improvement. The interior could be refreshed a bit to match the beauty of the surroundings. The towels, for example, should be replaced more often as their color has started to fade. The bedsheets could also be extra clean to give guests a more comfortable and hygienic experience.
