Hard to find a parking lot during day time

Hotel is comfortable and clean. Its location is very good. A lot of shops all around the hotel. The LRT Station is about 10 minutes away and also a supermarket. You are spoiled for food choices. The only thing the property lacks is a Mini Fridge in the room. Meaning you can't have a cold drink or keep food for later. Because the air-cond goes off when you take the card out of the slot, room warms up and spoils any food you keep. Its also annoying that you get only one card even if there are two of you, as the lift to come up needs the card to activate. Meaning you go out together and come back together. Cannot fault the staff though, absolutely lovely. one card even if two people occupy the room, lack of a mini fridge.

it is fairly clean. There's food and drinks, pharmacy, convenience store, small grocery stores around the area. KPJ health care is right next door. I extended my stay for about a week because I don't want to move around scouting for hotel. i booked, paid in full for room with window but after I checked in, i have been arranged for a windowless room. Staff told me, room with window is not available. I insisted she have to arrange. After discuss with her superior on the phone, she arranged and have another room with window for me. All the room doors generally is loud when it close. Room generally has zero sound proof.

Clean and quiet. Close to many restaurants, stores and bank. I even found an electrical store just walking around to get an adapter for my charger. Some rooms are without windows. Parking is limited. It would be nice to have a hand towel and tissues in the room. The shower soap dispense di not work.

good location, many car park, new hotel, every facilities seems new. when step in, the room hv smoke smell. aircond show temperature with light cannot fully dark while sleep. mostly dislike is the smoke smell of the room.

Great location..7e, FM, Richiamo, Zus, Mixue is nearby.. Ample paid parking space. Room clean nice simple deco. Self checkin but there's staff guiding how to do it. Tv no signal .call reception twice but no one came..

Everything was great The warm water wasn't warm at all but it wasn't cold either. Lukewarm turning room temperature for the 'warm' shower. Otherwise, everything is great
