We picked the hotel as we had meeting in Puchong. It's excellent facility. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The location is excellent. Overall good value for money. At the cafe, the coffee served was poor. I think the staff needs training possibly or the machine needs repair.

Stayed here for a concert at Bukit Jalil and was a good location with food options around. Reasonably close to the LRT. Room was comfortable and clean.

Location. Disappointed this time staying here. I stayed here a number of times. all went well. The room is a bit outdated. Cleaner did not come to clean my room on day 1. I told the receptionist twice and she told me she would send but no one came as well as promised. bath towels look old. This certainly does do reflect the standard of a Sheraton Hotel.

Calling their general line can be quite frustrating. During my first call, I was transferred, but the representative informed me that I should call back after 10-15 minutes because she wasn’t part of the customer service team and couldn't help me. When I called back, the line disconnected after they attempted to transfer me to another team. When I mentioned that the call had been disconnected, the representative claimed I had hung up myself. Why would I disconnect the call when I was the one reaching out? I only need the invoice for guest stay & i been a hassle.
