The hotel was nicely set up and the check in process was very easy. 24hrs staff on standby and the staff attending to us (Mohd) was extremely pleasant and helpful. This would definitely be our favourite choice for our future trips to Puchong. Loud Karaoke nearby but it’s not disturbing us in the room. Only can be heard at the lobby area.

location just nice. house keeping ok Sorry as I only could provide the poor comments on your hotel, it was a very bad experience and expectation for me. The room smelly, and I requested change to another room, but it was more badly than the first room I get. I have stay 2 nights, the person in change didn't inform me my card have to update only can access to room, even I have met him at front of door and I have to spend my time go to front desk there again. Outside are very noise, sound proof system is very bad for me and can't sleep nicely. That all the experience that I had in your hotel. Hope you can improve accordingly. Thank you.
