This is a great place to stay when in Pucón.The location is perfect-in the centre.The staff are friendly and helpful and in this regard I want to mention Ingrid-helpful and welcoming....My room was clean and serviced daily.Sleep quality was excellent.Breakfast each morning was top class.....Worth returning to....Top marks I LIKED EVERYTHING

The owner is super friendly and helpful, the breakfast is great, the hostal is very close to the centre and bus station, everything is very clean and comfortable, it also has a well equipped kitchen The room was great for one person, for 2 it would be a little bit tiny.

Very well located. Good price. You can hear a bit of what is happening in the next room. The towels are not good. The bathroom needs a makeover.

the hosts were extremely nice, breakfast good, location in the centre, very convenient to arrive everywhere, the room very clean, can see the volcano from the window. small room, the water wasn't hot enough to enjoy a great shower

Very friendly host. A significant breakfast: scrambled eggs by default ... fried eggs by request...at least in my experience. Fridge and dining area that is independent of the breakfast area. Guests are welcome to use the fridge and the sink and the microwave.
