Fantastic location, a short walk to good restaurants and quiet place for sleeping. It had a nice deck on second floor near our rooms. Secure parking for motorcycles, clean comfortable rooms and very spacious breakfast room. Door locks were hard to operate, otherwise the place was great!

Location and parking. Adequate breakfast We had a desk but no chair to sit on, only the bed. No curtain in the bathroom so we hung up a towel. No bedside light only the overhead light. No hooks in the bathroom. Needs some TLC

Excellent hotel in a great location in Pucon. Super friendly and helpful staff. Secure offstreet parking. Great location with easy walking distance to the lake front and into the main areas of town. Good wifi, decent bathroom. Room could have been warmer, but not a massive issue.

bit of used alreadybut very close to city centre and beach. please park in the garage whole time otherwise you’ll be charged from guy taking care of parking spots on the street. thin walls. you can hear almost everything. good we came out of season so hotel was not full. don’t forget your ear plugs.

The location was excellent and there was parking The place is not clean, the shower is small and stinks probably because the cupboards are rotten, the place has no elevator. It is not clear to me why the place is defined as a hotel, it should be a hostel.

We got stuck at the Argentine border on the day we were supposed to arrive. We could not contact the staff nor via booking or phone. When we got there the day after we learned they charged us through credit without letting us know, and would not negotiate it with us.

great location, great staff, great breakfast right to your room! it didn’t have air conditioning, it didn’t have a mini bar, didn’t have glasses nor hair dryer.

it was a lovely setting with out side space to sit and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly as above
