Staff, breakfast and cleanliness were good. First, our room was located on the third floor, and the building did not have an elevator. This is not acceptable for a hotel rated as 3‑star. Second, the room was barely larger than a queen‑size mattress. The mattress was pressed against three walls, leaving only about 40" × 90" of additional space. This might be acceptable for teenagers, but it is not suitable for middle‑aged adults. Once again, this room size does not meet the expectations of a 3‑star hotel.

Excellent location to visit Pucon. We parked the car on the street outside and didn't have any problems. The breakfast also very good, better than expected. The room was very small, a bit claustrophobic (although it was the cheapest one)

I stayed at this hotel for a week. Staff were amazing! They were efficient and really fast when I needed help. Shout out to the young man who was in charge of breakfast. He was so busy every morning, yet he was helpful and always with a smile. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fruits, different types of bread, and pastries. They also have toaster and a panino machine. The bedroom was cozy and impeccable. I loved that they gave us a room on the third floor and that the window was secured, so my little boy didn't have the chance to run away or get hurt. The swimming pool was just what we needed to end hot and long days. The 24-hour access tea and coffee station was a nice touch for the late coffee/tea drinkers. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Pucon The washroom was absolutely clean, but it smelled funny sometimes, like humidity.
