The gentelman at the front desk is excellent. His name is Felipe. He is very proffessional. The restaurant Mila Nesa needs to improve. I got charged around 14,000 for 2 tablespoons of fernet and the server was not very nice. He was more worried about his phone.

Near the central bus station that has direct trips to the airport. It didn’t keep up with the standards of ibis group of hotels

Very nice breakfast and breakfast area. Super friendly and helpful staff. The staff went above and beyond for us. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The location and facilities are top. The breakfast buffet could have been better organised when there are several guests coming in at the same time.

Location Room had an unpleasant smell. Power went off for several hours (in total), hotel didn’t have a generator. Water was also affected since it relied on electricity to be pumped.

The hotel was great. Staff were professional and very helpful, especially the reception staff. The room was spotlessly clean and I had everything I needed, including a fridge in the room and hot water for tea/coffee on every floor. The location was perfect - close to the main commercial area, but in a quiet street and I even had a view of the volcano from my room. Nothing.

Excellent Location, clean rooms. Friendly and accomodating staff. Missed the electric kettle for tea and coffee in the room, however it is provided in the common area.

Staff was helpful, especially Felipe, who recommended tours and transportation. The location was excellent. nothing to do with hotel, but it wasn't easy to arrange for transportation back to the airport.
