Our stay is always wonderful. The beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious and clean. Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast is very good and the hot tub is very relaxing. Thank you for another great stay.

The staff did their job well. That a SCORPION fell on my neck in the breakfast room!!! Breakfast was over for us with that experience, I couldn't get out of there fast enough. The 3 trains that run through the night yards from the hotel was interesting. The building is in need of repair.

The room had a rotten egg see smell and when it was addressed with staff I was told people before were just dirty and just wait to talk with the manager the next day.

Its location. The stained sheets, the ac worked poorly, the trash in the room, two conditioners in the bathroom instead of one shampoo. The breakfast was poor.

Stayed 10 days total while evacuated from our home due to the Aspen Acres Fire. Staff were kind and accomodating. Pet friendly. Nice, comfortable room. Good breakfast with hot options like the waffles and biscuits and gravy every day. Good WiFi initially, but slowed eventually, probably due to increased occupancy at the hotel by other evacuees and crews from across the country staying there while working on the fire. Good daily rate. Location was close to 2 restaurants and easy access to the main roads, but the hotel is built on a small parcel of very barron land with not much room to walk around or things to walk to, especially with a dog.
