Property was nice, breakfast was awesome. I reserved 2 rooms, one of the rooms had horrible water pressure and it was hard to shower and the TV did not work. We told the front desk but they didn’t do anything about it. The location was outside of MonteCristi which I didn not expect, definitely need a car to get around

The location, the mountain vie and was very peaceful around. I really enjoyed my stay here.

the room, the gym, the food we requested more than 4 times an additional pillow and bed cover for the sofa bed. Need to train the stuff to be more efficient.

This is a brand new hotel. I felt like I was in the United States. The hotel and rooms are very clean. Hot water in the showers. The hotel is right outside of Monte Cristi in a quiet area. I have zero complaints. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Location was good. It was outside of town. The female staff member that welcomed me was very friendly. Big tray of scrambled egg had pork in it. They can make a smaller tray with out pork. Another female staff member, she’s look like she’s still in high school and has pale skin, all black hair, promised to email me a receipt but never did.

They didn't clean the room and the breaker kept tripping for the power. Other than that it was alright.

Staff was awesome, place was extremely clean and it was not crowded, A+ and greetings to Sophi, the hotel's dog.

Great view from our room, directed west to El Morro and partial Sunset. Cleanness of the premises. Staff attentions. The flags in the entrance, main facade of the hotel are a mess, specially the Dominican flag ?? shouldn’t be. Not a hair blower available in the rooms. Standing closet rack takes away the level of facility as sold.
