This hotel has very friendly staff, from the cleaners to the receptionist and the manager to the owner they are happy to see you and happy to help. The hotel is always clean and rooms are very spacious with WiFi, a kitchenette with a microwave and a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. The room we stayed in had a powerful shower over a bath inside a large bathroom which was spotless. The four poster bed was very comfortable there was also a desk and two comfy chairs. Where they had placed the TV you couldn't watch it in bed the posts were in the way, it was a simple fix we just moved the bed a bit ?

Great staff, hotel was very clean and tidy. The roof terrace had amazing views and the hot tub was great, cafe next-door served breakfast and the girls serving were all happy and made you feel very welcome .

Location, great for exploring. Not bang in middle, close enough to walk everywhere. Friendly staff in hotel and restaurant. Shame restaurant was next door not in hotel. Toilet paper holder loose in bathroom. Small detail I know.

Great location in Bolnuevo & perfect for our needs dealing with a family matter. Room was spotless clean & very comfortable. Breakfast was provided by the Cafe Colonia next door & had great choices & was excellent. Staff were great if you needed them for anything. Nothing it was perfect for our needs.
