A great modern hotel close to the beach. A little far from main town of Mazarron...sometimes thats not a bad thing.

Nice hotel spacious rooms on 4th floor Unfotunatly in low season all facilities are closed, no bar, no restaurant ( except for breakfast) WIFI on 4th floor is terrible. I was advised to come and work in the lobby for good wifi. The parking lot was almost empty, all day and night. But they still wanted to charge for parking.

room was really big and we had a sea and pool view the staff were really helpful breakfast was very good loads of on site parking nice sandy beach a 5 minute walk away main area with restaurants, bars and harbour are a 20 minute walk away - a couple of bars are over the road we knew the pool was closed but you could still use the sunbeds we got there by car so not sure how accessible it is from Murcia airport we had 3 nights in low season and there wasn't a lot open, but that was fine - not sure what it would be like in high season and if there is enough to do for a week

In all honesty, nothing. This hotel is awful. We paid over €200a night a suite - originally booked for 2 nights but left after 1. We simply couldn't stay another night. Pubic hair everywhere in the bathroom (see photos) Music playing til 23:45 which made it IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. Towels that resembled crisps as opposed to towels. A SMART TV which had the SMART functionality disabled. Bad WIFI. Breakfast a chaotic disaster. Staff not great and when I was complaining on check out one of them was just smirking which really riled me.

Not a particularly clean room from the beginning Could hear everything in the rooms next too and corridors very little soundproofing. Awful drainage smell throughout hotel particularly in the rooms on one night had to sleep with balcony door open. Poorly maintained, heat/ air con intermittently worked

Nice hotel, lovely rooms. Breakfast good but fried eggs underdone. Extra to park in the grounds. Overall will definitely stay again.

Excellent room and excellent breakfast Unfortunately both restaurant and bar were closed so we had to find alteratives in the town which was mostly closed off season. If we had been advised beforehand we could have made arrangements
