Casas Heddy Well-being Resort

All staff were outstanding, they were all genuinely friendly and always happy to help! The food was AMAZING. We are not easy to please when it comes to food as we're very health-conscious, but the buffets (we had breakfasts and dinners included) were always REALLY good. There were also plenty of options for vegetarians (I eat fish, but no meat). The gym had enough equipment and good opening hours to exercise. The pool was also great, heated and big enough to swim laps. We were there over New Year's and they really put a massive effort in to make it special, it was really, really good. The stay exceeded our expectations and should we ever return to Lanzarote, we would absolutely stay here again!!!!!! We didn't realize that dinners did not include drinks (not even water) however tea was for free so we just had tea instead, wasn't a big problem. There was no hair-dryer, but also not that much of a problem as it was warm enough to let my hair air-dry.

The rooms were nice and clean, they would also clean and change everything every 2 days. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Every morning, you get fresh food and a range of selections, they would frie you eggs freshly if you request it, and also omelette. They have a gym with loads of equipment and also give classes, they have trained physiotherapyst there who can give a range of massages and also help with any disability and pain that comes with it. They kept a cake I ordered for myself in their fridges and served it to me whenever I requested it. The staff always took their time to ask you how your day was and remember if you planned something nice. As someone who likes food, I was very pleased with the menu at their restaurant in the evening, and the food tasted great. I did not once have a bad meal or something I didn't like. Sometimes they have live music, which gives a special touch to a meal. The receptionists were very helpful and lovely. One even gave me a hug for my birthday, as I said they are very attentive and nice. For a price, you can even get your clothes washed. There was nothing I didn't like, which I was very surprised with as I thought for sure I would find something as I could be quit fussy.

Very good breakfast with fresh fruits (papaya, pineapple, kiwi etc), 5-7 types of bread, full pack for English breakfast and even mimosa?? Swimming pool with really warm water. Very nice location: quite and around 30 min of relaxing walk to the Playa Blanka. I don’t know if it was Problem in my room and not sure if they can do anything with it, but the sound protection between rooms was very bad. I felt like we are sitting at the same room. Highly recommended to bring the earplugs)

This is was our second time to the property and as before we loved the outdoor heated pool The beds were really uncomfortable, though the staff did all they could, replacing mattresses and adding a topper. A shame they had a singer on outside some evenings where no one was listening to them, they should have put them in the dining room so people could have enjoyed the entertainment whilst eating dinner.

The staff goes way and beyond to help guests. They clean the room every other day

Very relaxed and peaceful. Food was also lovely. The only mirror was in the wetroom so hard to work with once you had taken a shower.

Everything is fabulous and most peaceful! If you want a escape from busy life i would strongly recommend this place everything same as shown in the pictures, to be honest more excellent than expected. Staffs were so friendly and helpful. Nothing! But i wish the pool bar with smoothie services were available for more time atleast for 7 in the evening

In a lovely quiet location, rooms simple and comfortable, the pool was lovely and never too busy and the breakfast fantastic and fresh.

Met a few solo travellers and got to know a few off them. Overall everyone was friendly Nothing I really didn't like Been coming to lanzarote for years now

The hotel is in a very quiet place, yet you can walk to the city and the ocean within 15-20 minutes. We had a sense of privacy throughout the resort. The room was nice, very clean, spacious, furnished in a simple style without frills. The breakfast was fantastic, with a large selection of food considering all the intolerances that people have these days. We were in the hotel for 5 days and every day we could have something different. The pool bar is open throughout the day where you can have a snack, lunch or alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks. The pool bar is connected to a restaurant where you can have a great 4-course dinner at a very good price. The staff is very very nice and helpful. We had a pleasant welcome at the reception. The hotel is not new, but it can be seen that it is regularly maintained. More than once, we saw that maintenance painted or repaired something. In the hotel area is a pool, minigolf, wellness/healt center, gym. For me and my wife, a great hotel, at a reasonable price, away from the noise of the center. I recommend.

Extremely well presented resort with very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent facilities with a nice swimming pool, well equipped gym and treatment rooms. Very good breakfast with a good choice of breakfast foods. Fitness classes daily in the pool and gym with Michael who was excellent at his job. Suitable for all ages from younger 'fitness' conscious adults to older people with mobility issues. Ideal place for a quieter break for those that don't want to be partying 24/7!! Mattresses on the beds weren't the most comfortable although when mentioned to staff, they quickly resolved the issue with an extra mattress.
