A great spot for families, very clean, good location. Staff were great. If I had to be picky, I would say the choice of food for kids could be better.

The bedroom was nice and the bed comfortable. The room was clean and cleaners were efficient. The bathroom had a decent shower cubicle with plenty of hot water. There was a horrible smell coming up from the shower outlet suggesting poor soil ventilation.

The location was excellent and we felt very safe, which was really important with kids. It’s a smaller resort, so the children were able to move around independently. We went all-inclusive and there was a great variety of food for breakfast and lunch, and plenty of snacks available throughout the day. The drinks package was also great, with beer, wine, and cocktails included. Our apartment was clean, comfortable, and well looked after with daily cleaning and fresh towels. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pools were not heated and were very cold, even in April. Our kids were in and out quickly and needed hot showers throughout the day to warm up. We saw younger kids wearing short wetsuits, which was a good idea we hadn’t thought of. It was also too cold for adults to enjoy swimming properly. Another small issue was that the kids’ entertainment was a bit hard to follow because of the strong accents of some of the hosts, especially during the bingo and kids’ club activities.

The all inclusive package was amazing especially with three teenagers in tow who enjoyed it immensely. The pools even though cool and waterslides were great. The hotel was very relaxed and the management were very relaxed. The bed was lovely and big - you could fit four but a little hard. the location is brilliant as everything is close by. We had a wonderful stay. The kids club team were brilliant. They ensured everyone all ages were well looked after. The food was very good and the service was excellent. The location makes it an easy holiday as even I had one person sick - it was very easy to access doctors and pharmacy. Really enjoyed! The lovely ladies on reception are under too much pressure but they are wonderful at their job. There should be at least 2-3 on the reception at all times to save all the delays checking in and organising details but the staff are amazing.

Reception staff were super friendly and helpful, facilities were great for families. Rooms were beautifully decorated and really clean. Cleaning staff were very friendly. Bar and restaurant staff were openly rude on a number of occasions both to ourselves and we also witnessed the same distain for other guests. Such a pity because all other staff were professional and friendly. Put a cloud over an otherwise lovely stay. Unnecessary bad manners.

Very beautiful hotel,close to center promenade, great food(all you can eat) with daily menus,kids loved the pool area. I recommend for families or if you just wanna take it easy and chill by the pool with cocktail in your hand?

We had an amazing holiday, the hotel was excellent. We enjoyed the big and comfortable room with terrace, the pools, the restaurant and all meals were really well prepared and very delicious. And all the staff was super nice, very polite and really helpful. Hope to come again as it was a really pleasant stay.

Nothing Sofa was broken, fan in the room was broken, it took almost 3 days to fix it, I had to sleep in the sofa.

Loved this hotel. SPOTLESSLY CLEAN! we went half board so breakfast and dinner. The food was gorgeous! Wine with dinner is help yourself. Room spotless with comfortable bed! I'm going to book again for next year and bring my child.
