The cleanliness and the friendly staff especially Isabel. Hard to fine any issues with the property. Air conditioning was a bit confusing but didn’t require it at night.

Very clean, excellent staff, great location for local supermarkets and easy down hill walk to the beach We were long stayers. We found the sofa bed a little uncomfortable for tv viewing. Would have liked a small ice box in the fridge.

Liked Greta, Receptionist for her genuine interest in how we were getting on. No-one else asked during our 5-day stay. The constant hot water. The atmosphere once you entered, was virtually unfriendly. No Wi-fi for the holiday - no TV entertainment any evening. Soap at bathroom sink broken. The Cleaning Lady was visibly upset when we asked her to return in 15 mins to clean the room -she never returned. No tip there! Our toilet-paper bin emptied twice in 5 days, not good enough.

This property was immaculate, loved the ground floor apartment by the pool. So easy and relaxing. The apartment was lovely and the showers were great. Beds so comfortable! Location was great and only 6/7mins to biosphere. Would deff book again!

Beautiful pool and bar area. Plenty of space. Enough sunbeds. Lovely staff A sponge and washing up liquid would be so welcomed and a rack to let dishes dry. Would have loved a stove pot also. Not mad about nespresso machines
