The location was perfect. Exceptionally clean room & pool area. Great night's sleep as it was very quiet. The reception cover was minimal & bar staff seemed to cover both. Reception/bar area quite dated. People reserving sunbeds from 7am all day is unacceptable. Leaves no room for others that may come and go during the day. Towels in the bathroom had a musty smell.

Would prefer if they had cheaper rates for solo travelers but otherwise everything was fantastic

The location that was it We stayed in room 109. We had no access to a balcony. No privacy as staff parked carts outside our room most of the morning. U could see right into toliet from pool. When we asked to move got offered a worse room beside the staff quarters with no sun. Bed sheets were dirty on arrival has to get cleaner back into room. Baths had no anti slip measures and both me and my partner slipped in bath.

The staff seemed nice for the little time spent there. We had 11 nights booked but unfortunately after 1 night decided to move because of ants ?&( cockroach's seen in bathroom and kitchen quite a few of cockroaches Beds were very hard didn't seem the cleaning was up to my standard of clean.. Pool area was OK but definitely not worth the price there asking. It was the old side of the montana Also left clothes behind and when I went back to pick them up. I was only giving some of what I left there. The others I presume stolen by cleaners or the staff just didn't hand them over.

The freshness of complex. Warm pool very friendly staff. Lovely cooked breakfast.?. So near to the strip. And had a cocktail hour which was great. The enjlish stations kept going off. Must have to do with the wifi.the cooker wasnt easy to operate. But couldnt fault a thing

We have stayed many times over the last 14 years and always find it suits our needs perfectly For the first time the the towels were musty and smelly and the bed sheets were filthy with old blood stains visible

The pools were freezing although advertised as heated pools … no more needed to be said!!

Accommodation. Food. Swimming pool and of course happy hour . Carolina was very friendly and so helpful. Could of done with the air conditioning on. But it was their winter time.
