Relaxia Olivina-All Inclusive

Nice place, went with a group of friends, entertainment team really enthusiastic, lots of activities to do. All inclusive drinks and food was good proper pints in glass, staff, friendly, and helpful.. Rooms could do with upgrading

Beds very uncomfortable,long walk to the dining area, rooms need refurbished and updated.

Great resort although the room was a bit old fashioned, I imagine no aircon in the summer would be a bit rough. Great food and great complex though, and a good price

I liked the location The room was next to the main pool and it was so noisy , especially until 23.00 in the evening, after you got drunken people coming to their room you could hear everything through the walls it was hard to relax

Location is great - 5/10 minute walk to strip 3 pools, main gets busy but the other two were much quieter Main pool has loungers jammed quite tightly next to each other - can imagine peak season it would be hard to get a lounger Food ok but as a vegetarian limited choices and becomes repetitive - ate out most nights. Hotel staff friendly Late checkout is around 43 euro but subject to availability. There is a room where you can store luggage and they offer a room that you can shower in free of charge however it is not cleaned between guests using it and we walked in to a pile of dirty towels in the bath. Rooms are very dated with stained carpets and tiles Twin beds pushed together instead of double Lots of broken sun loungers around pool Smell in room / corridors perhaps location of room? Stayed on same floor as pool Hotel just needs updating - sun loungers need replacing Needs more vegetarian options

Lovely upgrade to suite. Beds very comfy. Food great at buffets. Cleaned regularly. Cleaning of public areas, tables etc. Snacks between meals not covered and very average. Wine and cocktails were awful!!!

The property was clean and close to the beach. The pools were clean and well kept. This is a very basic all inclusive offering. There is only one type of each wine (which of course isn’t the nicest). I was also surprised at the lack of furnishings or amenities in the room. There was no bottled water (only tap water, which is safe but tastes awful). You had to buy your own bottled water. The room had no cushions, lamps or art making it feel quite cell-like.

Sunbeds usually available Bar service, limited selection, lack of staff. Sometimes difficult to find a table in restaurant, it seems more people than tables most times. Food tepid not hot

Good location.. good food.. plenty of choice Member of staff in the restaurant.. dark curly hair 30 plus . Extremely rude to customers.. very bad first impression

The staff is very polite and the buffet was satisfactory The rooms need clearly renovation. The furniture is broken and old school, the door of the flats are bad with gaps. We found a cockroach in the room, possibly coming in from the huge gap between door and walls. Thankfully after we reported this, they changed us room to a higher level, where is more difficult for cockroaches to come in. 4 star hotel? Him… I am not sure.

Food very good for buffet Tired rooms, no air con which made our room very uncomfortable, trip hazard around pool slabs and very noisy at night and early mornings with staff and traffic

Fabulous value for money! Lovely main pool area, very easy to get sunbeds etc. Air conditioning in our room could have been more efficient.
