Staff are genuinely kind. I was received with a smile and all issues were addressed with a quick solution. There's a big team of staff and the place is well kept. Big garden with lots of space. Pool with comfortable beds and parasols. Free drinking water. AC (they turn it on at night). There's an area with plenty of chairs and outlets. Hammocks. Terrace and everyday activities. Dormes beds have no curtains. Quite far from the beach considering it's extremely hot & humid and it's all steep uphill on the way back. Taxi that they order for me to la punta, charged way more than they said (reccommend to ask the price while calling so tourists don't get surprise).

Nice concept that of the co-living and co-working. As a solo traveler it gave me the opportunity to meet and bond with other solo traveler.

There was a bit of stink in the bathroom.

I liked this hostel - I came back because I liked it. Went to shared room because they were sold out of privates. Nice roommates, A/C at night, and a good vibe. Access to co-work space is nice. Bathrooms weren't the best but it was fine I suppose. Everything was fine, but one of the girls that checked-in to my room was a heavy smoker in my room. Had to switch because she was smoking in the room. Not the hostel's fault, but the entire room stunk pretty bad and the other roommates slept with the door open. They handled it great and let me switch rooms as I have asthma.

Nice simple room - A/C, nice shower, etc. - just good simple space to stay at. They played karaoke at night...blasting it while I was trying to take work calls. My clients mentioned that they could hear it. Ended up being an issue for my work. It's a hostel so I understand - but that's why I booked a private room. Wish it worked out better.

One of the employees verbally harassed me, saying that because I was Mexican-American, I was somehow to blame for problems in Mexico, even when I expressed how much I loved Mexico and its people. The more I tried to reason, the worse it got. This person should not be employed in customer service. 80s

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property and the rooms are well kept. We had a room with 3 beds and it didn’t feel crowded at all. There was a solid bar of shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Nice touch. The AC worked great. The pool is very nice as well as the garden area. Nothing we didn’t like. Good value for the price.

Jesus at the front desk is very helpful and his English is near perfect. He is able to offer a lot of tips and suggestions. The facilities are beautiful, including a swimming pool, hammocks and more. We loved having our own small kitchen and refrigerator in the room as well as a coffee pot. Also water refill area! The only complaint we had was that the room was on a very noisy street. We could not sleep past 7 AM because of the loud noise. The location was very easy to get her around to other places however, the location is a little odd near businesses that make morning noise. Lots of people are working remote at the hotel and we were not making it a bit strange. It’s really a 20 to 30 year-old location.

Large room, comfortable bed, clean, very helpful staff, nice pool area. Tommy backed on the main road through town and could be noisy making it difficult to sleep.
