The rooms are quite clean and fresh beds. Co working space has air con and large. I didnt like the bathrooms. They are very uncomfortable to use for the mixed dorms. Onr bathroom for everyone and majoirity of the toilets dont have seats on them. The showers dont have anywhere to play or hold your things. It was just an uncomfortable experience to use them. Also half of the lockers in my room had broken latches, so you couldnt lock everyone. It was fine because the room was empty, but it would be annoying if it was a full dorm. Vibe wasn't the best for a solo traveller.

I like that it had two pools and nearby food options. The staff weren’t helpful at all, the location was alright, the stairs were awful.

Nice pool. Food was good. Beautiful property They played really loud rave music all the time for some reason. Sometimes until 2 am and there would be no one there. They did it due during the day as well which made it difficult to relax by the pool.

The pool area and look outs were absolutely gorgeous The front desk guy was very rude and didn’t seem like he wanted to help anyone.

The attention provided by Jasiel at the front desk was very poor. We had a difficult situation unrelated to the hotel and asked for help, but Jasiel didn’t show any empathy at all and was rude to us.

Located centrally in Zicatela near the beach clubs, restaurants and active nightlife zone. The property had an onsite bar (must consume to hang there even for guests), two pools (one downstairs that often had DJs and one on top floor 80+ steps up). The shared bathrooms where decent and cleaned everyday but it’s bring your own soap/shampoo and people trashed the hell out of some of the toilets. There’s nice views of the beach and lots of plants which makes it feels more of an escape. The AC worked amazing in the little small room so that was the one big plus for me after coming back from being hot all day. The yoga class with Cathy was awesome and only free for guests on Mondays. This type of programming is what I expected from Selina. The bar staff was a bit unfriendly and we received zero help lugging our stuff up the 80 stairs needed to get to our room. The room was beyond small with just enough room to sleep, hang some stuff up, and open up our suitcase. There was no moving room. The beds where hard, the pillows sucked, they don’t give you a blanket only a bed sheet to sleep and two towels which you’ll need to use for showering and the pool. It’s looking pretty rundown and needs renovations like doors for the shared showers that are for both genders. This one is major opportunity to work on because it’s very off putting to shower with just a curtain giving you privacy.

Location was good close to beach and internet was good I can say many things but will summarize it in one sentence. This property doesn’t meet the high standards Selina had for its properties (now former properties) but still I stayed in several other former Selina properties and the level remained high. This isn’t the case In here.

Female attendant was very helpful and very nice. Air conditioning was controlled by facility. No a/c from 11am to 7pm. Ceiling fan did not work properly at all.

Excellent location walking distance from surf beach and beach clubs. 4 stories high stairs to get to our room. Excellent cardio regime included in your price twice a day.

Staff are not very attentive. No customer service. Wifi is poor. A male staff in the afternoon refused to give us fresh towels because he said that he has no access to housekeeping stuff. A night staff gave us otherwise.

Amazing location Washrooms could have better quality and there was no kitchen

The location outside look stunning, close to the beach and have a lot of sharing area that designed special . The staff were very helpful. There is 2 pools and good CO work areas The room facilities are old, not the clean. Sometimes there was not hot water in the shower and the worst part- there is party from the beach that you hear until 4 AM BE Careful. I slept terrible for 3 nights and wanted to change a room but all of them have a noise.. I tried to sleep with headphones but it destroyed the whole experience.. if you want to sleep a good night don’t got there.. it’s not Selina fault but the room don’t block any noise .( also like 50 stairs each time to arrive to the room)

The a proximity to the beach Rooms are to old.

The location. It was pretty close to the beach and many others places like restaurants and bars. Kids making noise.

Lots of mosquitoes. The kitchen was not very clean. The surroundings were clean but not very lively during the day.
