It’s also close to the main road where you can take public transportation. There are also several taxis parked outside Chedraui that you can take. It’s also super close to the ADO bus station. If you stay in the rooms with balcony, you’ll hear lots of noises at night. Drunk people, cars, parties, etc. The pool is gross. Not quite sure if they clean it. The hotel is outdated.

Lovely 3-week stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and I somewhat felt like I had become part of their extended family. The facilities are charming, if a bit rustic/dated. If you want to be in the middle of the beach action, this is NOT the place to stay. It if you want a more authentic Mexican experience, with a Chedraui (chain grocery store) very close by, this is a great location. Beware of the gringo-pricing restaurant nearby though. Bathroom could’ve used some updating.

The shower was lacking power making it hard to wash long hair.

Nothing all good

Daily housekeeping with fresh sheets, toilet paper, and toiletries. A delicious, different breakfast each day. The swimming pool was clean. Location is awesome right next to the supermarket and Munchies. ADO terminal and beach are a couple minutes walk away. TV in room. Shelf space to unpack your things. Comfy beds. The double budget room should be switched into a room with AC. The window is almost completely blocked and therefore is unable to receive any type of airflow. The ceiling fan is really old and has no power to it. I was sweating as soon as I came out of the shower. Or at least provide a standing oscillating fan to make it more bearable. But my recommendation is to switch this room into an AC room because of the window situation and then make one of the current AC rooms into a budget room with a fan as long as the windows can be opened and unblocked.

Pool was dirty one day,was cleaned afterwards.

Breakfast was good. The location was quite close to the bus station. The tour company was familiar with the hotel, and sent a van to pick me up for dolphin / turtle / whale watching, which was great. I rented a bicycle from a place in the town, but it was not suitable for cycling very far. Braking was by back-pedalling, one gear. A mountain bike would have been a lot better. Not the hotel's fault.

It was a clean property. The breakfast was okay. My room had a nice view. The bus station was very close. There was a lot of street noise. It is a n uphill walk from the beach.

Our kitchen. Comfortable beds. Close to shopping and fruit stand. The 2 pools. Quiet. AC. Good free breakfast . Perfect.

I have stayed here many times so obviously I like it. The breakfast was particularly delicious this time…… most notable was how happy all of the staff seemed to be!!

Beds were comfy, not far to thee beach, restaurants handy. Guys at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Needed AC or better fan, preferably AC. The free breakfast wasn't much, coffee and an egg, everything extra, even wanted to charge 10 pesos for a shot glass of milk for coffee.
