There was no water one night, but it was fixed by the morning. I was fine with the fan and open window but I think if it would have been any warmer I would probably need air conditioning to sleep comfortably.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The location is populated with good restaurants & so close to the long wide beach. This area is where the biggest surfing waves can happen. Fun to watch ( best at sunrise) even if you don’t surf .

I had a great stay! The staff were all very kind and helpful. As a solo traveler I felt very safe here. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The location was really good, and there are lots of breakfast store near by within walking distance, our personal favorite was ME LATTE, nice guy to the left. the hotel was clean, had nice views to the beach and was well within walking distance to the bars. the staffs were really helful when we needed help and yeah that was good . Everything was good! we were satisfied, the owners, staff, even the residents there were amazing, we had good laughs and jokes, i would recommend.

Location was good. Staff very helpful and gave us suggestions of where to rent a car, which was within walking distance. Everything was great except they need to add a shower caddy, there was no place where to put shampoo and soap inside shower and they need a longer shower curtain because water splashes out and makes a mess in front of the toilet and sink.

I really liked this hotel. It was easy to find a taxi as it was our mode of transportation around the area. The staff were really kind and generous. We paid extra to have air conditioning, but honestly worth the price. As it does get pretty hot.

Loved the Wifi and the location. Staff were very helpful for suggestions where I could buy things. I didn't like being told i could only have a visiter in my room for 20 minutes. Not much ability for cross breeze for cooling with fan.

The terrace and the kitchen are pretty. The staff are lovely. The area is good you want to find a little more peace rather than staying in La Punta. There s everything you need around.

The staff was nice and helpful, the room and the kitchen was clean, the location was great. All in all a good stay in the hotel minus the internet situation. The interned in my room almost didn't work and the staff just told me to go to the kitchen area to use good wifi. They said that there was a problem for 1 day but in 5 days the situation didn't change. I could barely send messages from my room with the hotel wifi so I was forced to use data for 5 days. The doors had glass parts in it so lots of light was getting in the room from the hallway at night. If you're a light sleeper like me then don't forget an eye mask
