Magnificent view from the pool deck on the roof. Amazingly friendly staff. Great in-house restaurant, do not miss the chance to taste surubi fish. Incredibly cozy pillows. Great attention to climate control inside the hotel. May use some carpets in the corridors, when people check in or check out it’s a little loud in the corridors.

The property was close to town more specifically to the bus station within a 15 minute walk. There was a restaurant for dining as we were stuck one night with heavy rains. Room was clean and hot showers. The staff wouldn’t take my Marriott number because I booked through booking.com

Lovely clean spacious room with AC and nice bathroom. Good restaurant and short walk to downtown. A tour and taxi service is available in the hotel entrance. Minor thing that the floor in the shower didn’t drain properly.

The hotel is more like a 2* hotel rather than 3* hotel. It is very, very basic. The view form the hotel is quite bad. I also had two unpleasant situations. Once when I returned to my room which was not closed properly (the door remained opened) probably after cleaning earlier that day. It made me quite scared if something was gone from the room. Also, once I checked-in, they took my passport as a standard procddure, but they forgot to return it. Since I arrived very late in the evening, I also forgot that my passport stayed with them. 24h later once I saw my passport was missing I was very scared and went looking for it at the reception. Luckily it was there. But to my surprise, nobody from the staff hotel has contacted me in the meantime saying they have my passport. For me, this is a very nonchalant behaviour.

Decent hotel Dated furniture, chair was broken, bed quite used. Breakfast was bad for vegan. Not a single vegetable. Why do you need to put syrup on top of banana? It was ok for a quick stop to see the falls but that sounds about it.

Quiet rooms, friendly staff, the pool area, complementary filtered water machine. Great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was plentiful but marginal.

I had a nice stay at the hotel. It's located in a quiet area. The room was comfortable and the pool was clean and had a nice view at sunset. Also I enjoyed eating at the restaurant for dinner.

The hotel was very well maintained and spotless. The pool area was absolutely stunning, featuring a great cocktail bar and a gorgeous view that made it the perfect place to relax. It was great overall, no complaints

Putting out drinking water in the lobby would be nice. May be a little far for some, walking back and forth to town.
