The rooms are very deteriorated Everything is all the carpet is coming up. The bathroom is dirty has mildew in it.
-
I loved the property. We couldn't enjoy the swimming pool. However all the facilities were good
-
The carpet in the room was badly soiled giving a very unclean feel. It becoming a standard practice for hotels to have a kettle. Tourbillon needs to put kettles in their rooms
-
Enjoyed the stay, the help is very accommodating. Rooms are a little tired but you get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend this place!
-
The hotel is clean but outdated for a 4 star hotel
-
Very good
-
Clean and quite, friendly service people
-
Nice pool, aircon Hotel is tired needs a refurb Resteraunt lacks atmosphere and food supplied not as described
-
I was over- charged! Feel very uncomfortable for this experience. I am just back from the trip with flu/ cold. Will contact booking.com to get back the overcharged money.

Very clean and good decor. The restaurant staff was very helpful in finding us vegetarian options when we arrived for a late lunch and later for a dinner. Good location on the edge of town. Bus stop is right at the gate. Breakfast was good. It felt like the room they gave us was not used for some time. The bath area looked like it could use some maintenance. Hot water and water pressure ran out when my wife was in the shower but was rectified in 10-15 minutes.

Friendly and professional staff Old facilities. Luck of maintenance. The restaurant and bar aren’t good quality
-
The hotel had a nice garden and surrounded by trees The pictures do not show the true likeness of current conditions. The hotel is shabby, tiles missing from pool, jacuzzi empty and mouldy. Bed linen of poor quality and lumpy. Food was average not great choice. Bathroom fittings were old, mouldy around bath and jacuzzi fittings mouldy. Aircon very noisy and smelly. Power cuts, room safe was worn out and failed so had to get staff to open. In summary, the hotel is tired and in need of complete refurbishment.

Good Breakfast, reception staff was quite helpful, overall good experience pool area need more attention
-
The grounds are beautiful with all the green space and the 2 pools are fantastic. We didn’t take advantage of the tennis court as it was very hot. The rooms were very clean, the pool bar and restaurant had an excellent menu. The staff were exceptional at the restaurant, front desk, housekeeping and pool bar. It was in walking distance to Güira Oga, an animal refuge and MarcoPolo Restaurant. Has a room to store luggage. The internet kept cutting out in the room.
-
Restaura t was so so Staff were friendly and attentive but the language barrier was a problem. You need and English menu !
-
Nobody knows English language
-
The bathroom and its utilities is a bit old that creates a false impression of lack of cleanliness. They should add one more chair to the room.
-
Location for the falls and airiport was good . The carpets in the bedroom were badly stained The place is generally shabby and badly needs a refit
-
Breakfast was great and it is kinda close to Iguazu fall. Staff is somewhat helpful using translator to communicate in English. Misty smell of the room we stayed in
-
Small room and facilities need to be refurbished, not up to 4 star hotels standard
