Nothing. Pictures did not match the hotel conditions (looks like it were adjusted with IA). The mattress were and you sink in it. The towels were sand papers and the hot water went out of service, and the solution was everyone to bath in the same bathroom of an empty cabin which has a boiler. I knew this was not a five stars hotel but this was beyond mi imagination. The facilities were old, do not match the hotel pictures

I love everything

The property was really old and not well maintained
-
Maintenance seems to be very low priority. Exterior especially looks run down and dingy.

The staff and the location amidst nature No shops nearby

good value for money. good jump-off point for the falls and the city Generally a bit run-down. Located in the middle between the falls and the city. We should have rented a car, as taxis were quite expensive. Ended up using the bus as well.

Sadly nothing was to like about this hotel. Room was nothing like the pictures on the website. Floor tiles were cracked. Beds were damp and sheets were dirty.

It has a lot of facilities: swimming pool, sport grounds, a big territory. The room is good for four people. The breakfast is good. The receptionist works really well, a nice guy. They allowed us to have a late check out without any problems and for free. Thank you;) It looks a little bit shabby. And the location is not close to the town centre and takes about 30-40 minutes to reach Iguazu falls by car.

The breakfast always ran out of eggs and other food. It was not refilled. The rooms need to be updated. New bedding and a softer pillow.

The reception staff were very helpful, and the rooms are spacious. The rooms had a very strong smell of cleaning agents. The air conditioner was very noisy.
-
Room was very outdated and lacked basic comfort for the price. I contacted the staff twice after our stay to get an invoice but they never sent one.

-
Helpful and attentive staff who go out of their way to make the guests feel happy with their stay. Could use some refurbishment and deeper cleaning in a few places, but wasn't bad.

Gabriel in the front desk was awesome! Very helpful and engaging, they need more people like him. Location, the place is rundown, needs money invested into the infraestructure, bad smell in bathroom, place was kinda nasty. Breakfast was poor very poor, same thing every day!

Nice location Small breakfast options

The bungalow was peaceful and spacious. The pool was nice to cool down. The staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation needs refreshing and did not look as advertised. Breakfast was very disappointing, some of our being inedible.
