The hotel has a functioning pool, the breakfast is self-service buffet without pretenses for variety. The room is small and the bathroom is very worn, but functioning with some hiccups. The staff is helpful within the limits if the elementary English they speak. Needs renovation

Booked for a one night budget stay on the Argentina side of Iguazu falls. The hotel worked for what we needed. Many of the guests seemed to be staying at the hotel for the pool – which was nice. Quite a few families. The employees at the reception were helpful and pleasant. The room was clean. The air conditioning worked great. Some information which would have been helpful when we decided to book this hotel. It is not close to the center of Porto Iguazu. You can eat at the hotel restaurant, but if you want to eat at one of the many restaurants in the city center, you would need a taxi or walk about 3 km. The room was very old, run down and basic. There was no hot water, internet almost non-existent.

the only reasonable restaurant in the area very old hotel 20 years old, rude staff, poor facilities, our flight was delayed but the hotel charged the full price for 1 day which we didn't stay, no client orientation at all

Super friendly and helpful staff and great communication. The drivers were also very professional. Very good experience!

It is located far from the main town and, furthermore, the hotel closes its restaurant at night, so you cannot buy anything, not even a bottle of water.

They let us store our luggage while we were gone the whole day even though we had checked out. Very kind.

not much! Close to ice bar. no refrigerator in room, no bench in the bathroom to place toiletries. wifi was terrible. no early check in! Early check out times and late check in time compared to general hotels - really?

Comfortable hotel with a decent breakfast and decent WiFi. Friendly staff who were helpful for the short time, I was there. My room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel is fairly priced. Choices for breakfast could have been better
