A big hotel with large rooms Furniture broken in the rooms. Sofas were dirty and stained. Shower did not work properly and TV was useless.

Great location It’s not a 5*. It was super cheap and you get what you pay for. The towels are all torn the bathroom is awful. They don’t have anyone to help with luggage to your rooms. They have cocokroachea everywhere. Breakfast is awful. It’s just not what any 5* hotel is. But like I said you get what you pay for.

The pool was very nice How far from city center

The experience at this hotel was terrible. The staff were not cooperative at all and were downright rude. The receptionist, in particular, had a horrible attitude and refused to help us. She answered us in a very bad manner, turned her face away whenever we asked anything, and overall we felt there was no reason for her rude behavior. We even asked if there was a problem, and she just ignored us. It felt discriminatory, and honestly, no one should go to this hotel because they are uncooperative and everything was just filthy, including the bedding

The massage Missing amenities like a phone hair dryer Tv remote. Licking toilet. Had to change room.

  • Engine customer Apr 2025

The room is spacious. Poorly maintained. Things are broken: shower faucet (had to call the maintenance to show us how to get hot water using the broken hardware), rusty bath tub, broken coat hangers…disabled the key card before checking out. Other amenities are so so.

I booked half board - which normally means - Breakfast and dinner included - and yet they did not n know what is meant and I had to pay for our dinners - this was discussed with the manager as well and still we had to pay.

Helpful staff and location the bath taps needed fixing so I reported this to reception

The location is good, and the hotel has potential. It’s clear that it was once a great property The hotel is in a terrible state: dirty, old, and badly maintained. During our stay, there was no water — not even for a shower. On top of that, they tried to overcharge us significantly. The price on Booking was €247, but at checkout they wanted to charge us nearly $360 by converting the amount into Argentine pesos without a proper explanation. I only noticed because I asked for clarification, and after insisting, I ended up paying $260. This hotel is falsely advertised as a 5-star property, but it doesn’t even meet the standards of a guesthouse.

Location, the facilities used to be good and the pool is still good. The front desk staff is excellent Run down facilities, visible mold across several facilities ceilings and loose cables a real health and safety hazard. Badly maintained property. Food quality and service at restaurant is terrible.

The little jungle walk in the property and the jacuzzi. The old carpet in the hallway.

  • Engine customer Apr 2024

The team was very nice to us and always tried to assist with every request. The hotel also has a 1.1km waking path into the jungle, awesome! Unfortunately the hotel is very old, it seems that the walls were made from paper, you can hear EVERYTHING from the next rooms. The breakfast was not good in our opinion, very low variety. The outside pool is very dirty. Next to the pool you can find a game room, most of the games are broken.

Really nice hotel with great swimming pool and buffet breakfast was really nice! Ordered some food in the evening and it wasn't great, a pasta that seems to have been made with leftovers from the buffet breakfast!

  • Engine customer Mar 2024

Comfortable rooms and friendly staff Slightly dated, I would not rate it as 5 star, there was no tea coffee making facility or water in the room

Hotel from hell. We had to change rooms 4 times during our stay. No hot water. Fan not working. Door lock Not working. There was only one guy working. He was bell boy. Reception. Maintenance man. Duty manager Room was filthy. Hotel looks like it hasn’t been working since the 80s. Avoid at all costs. EVERYTHING!
