The place is very well maintained and super relaxing.

Newly renovated rooms were great - spacious, modern and comfortable. Restaurant is solid with a nice breakfast buffet and dinner is solid. You can walk to town which is about a 15-20 min walk but I wouldn’t do it at night. Location is great and easy to explore the Argentina side and is about 50 mins from the Brazil side. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the park and helpful in general. Not sure if it was human error but the shower was scalding hot and I couldn’t adjust the temperature at all. Also the TV quality in the room was very fuzzy which was a bummer when trying to watch the World Cup. Small hiccup was that we had the hotel order us a taxi to pick us up at the airport but it didn’t show up on time (it got the wrong arrive time) and we were left waiting and we were also told we could pay with a credit card but the driver claimed the machine was broken and only took cash. Ubers work fine there and wish they told us that.

very comfortable room, nice breakfast included with lots of choices love the gym , well equiped but very smelly

Very nice environment and excellent facilities and foods
-
Beautiful views, spacious room, good breakfast, easy Uber into town, nice golf cart drivers to/from your room, if needed. Thin walls, intermittent shower pressure, construction, stiff mattress, stingy with water in room and at restaurant.

Consider covering all breakfast buffet items to prevent insects from accessing.

Location The staff, I had an issue with the mini refrigerator that wasn’t functioning well, temperature was very low to keep food safe, bought food at the restaurant and next day I realize that food wasn’t cold enough to the required temperature to be safe to eat, they told me that it wasn’t supposed to be used to store my leftover, however, the minibar items were hardly cold too, they told me they could bring me another refrigerator but there was no point since I was leaving the following day and my leftover was already spoiled, what’s the point of having another refrigerator if I still had to throw away the food, however, they still charged me, it wasn’t much money, is the principal that they were on the wrong, mini bars should be cold enough for a hotel guest to be able to leave a leftover dish from day before and be cold and safe enough to eat the next day, I end up throwing it away.

The pool and staff at the front desk and pool area, especially Manuel and Mauricio. Also, the room was large and had partial view of river.

The room was spacious for 4 people; all the amenities exceeded my expectations. Breakfast could be improved by providing fried egg or made to order omelette; fried rice

The staff was exceptional— so willing to help—and the faciliy is so very clean. The ambience was inspirational, the food superb. The total experience far exceeded my expectations. My husband and I will highly recommend this place.

Pool area was amazing and we used it every day after our excursions. Restaurant was very good. Very convenient to town, about a 15 minute walk. Very helpful staff, we received wonderful restaurant suggestions from the lifeguard. They did a last-minute room change and found us connecting rooms with our daughter.

The staff were very helpful, friendly, and engaging. The rooms were large, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms quite large, having a separate shower and bathtub. The facility, as a whole was extremely well maintained and clean. We only had one meal in the restaurant, and preferred the bar menu. Breakfast had a good selection, if not particularly large. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is a bit far. Staff in the restaurant could be nicer

The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms updated. Good included breakfast with lots of options. Two large pools, good for swimming laps. Bar is reasonably priced. Staff was very nice and responsive to any request. The whole place feels like an oasis. The only thing was that there is a mildewy smell in the rooms. We understand it is a region of very high humidity and it’s unavoidable. Still we had to wash all our clothes when we came home.

The hotel really offered a jungle feeling, as it is embedded in lush green. We loved our view from the huge balcony toward the river, with a nearby waterfall providing a sweet background sound. The renovated room was huge and bright, and it felt very comfortable. The rainforest shower was very refreshing. Breakfast was buffet-style and offered ample choices. We ate at the hotel restaurant on one evening, which we liked a lot (although the place got very busy). The hotel is an easy 15-minute walk to the city center where there are more restaurant options and where buses to the National Park leave from; we felt safe walking also in the evening, which the hotel staff reassured us was indeed the case.
-
Great setting with a small waterfall and jungle right outside our door and balcony. A fantastic bonus was finding a family of nine coatimundis playing and feeding just beyond the stairs to our room. The shower is terrible. I can't imagine how long it would take to shampoo and condition my hair in that ridiculous shower. The showerhead is about 10 ft above the floor and is enormous; the water pressure is very low because it's so spread out. I didn't even try. I just settled for a shower without shampooing. Also, the shower floor is incredibly slippery. Somehow I managed not to fall down and break something.

The setting, the grounds and the pools were beautiful. Loved swimming there. Room was lovely. We had a bit of a problem with the restaurant staff who didn’t know English. The host finally needed to intervene to interpret what we wanted but only after we waited an hour for our food.
