This hotel is a short uber or taxi ride from center of town, so it is less expensive than others. It is more or less ok, if you do not plan to be in your room much given that there are many things to do in Iguazu. The room we had was fine, but our relatives had very large rooms with 2 twin beds and a queen bed, if you want extra space. Bathroom and shower was good. The hotel is basically a bargain place to stay if you are aiming to save money. It was the strangest thing, but the hotel does not provide real pillows. The beds had large memory foam pillows covered by shams, not pillow cases. They said they did not have real pillows. I did not like sleeping on a sham so I removed it, but the memory foam was uncomfortable. I have never seen a hotel w/o pillows. They need to fix that. In addition, the breakfast was free, with a variety of things to eat, but most of it was cakes of various types, sugared-topped croissants, sugared cereals, very cheap ham and cheese, white bread. They did have fresh cut fruit, and eggs and hot dog type sausage. Not a great breakfast if you need really healthy stuff.

It was well situated. The pool and pool area were well situated. Outdoor area was very nice and comfortable. We were able to sit outside without having to be in the pool or in the room. The staff were excellent and accommodating and very helpful. They are young but needed guidance from management what do’s or don’t to do. The breakfast was not enough for all hotel guests. Many items were exhausted by 8am and at times we got there at 8:30am no eggs, limited coffee, condiments they had none. The lack of management guidance for employees to direct them how to do cleaning times. One safety issue that did arise during breakfast time one day 8am-10am the staff was cleaning common walking area with water & soap and had to be cautious when stepping out of the room to go to breakfast that you did not slip and fall (no signs posted dangerous when wet). I believe that this was not the appropriate time while we were going to eat. If management would have directed employees to clean floor either earlier in the morning or after people departed for their daily activities outside of the hotel. Another issue that I had was only one master key provided for 4 people, even though they have availability to program doorknobs with a pin # to enter room but was told that feature was not available. Another issue I had when they cleaned the room the staff left windows open that easily anyone can put their arm in and open the door and enter the room on ground floor rooms only. So if you left something out on the table or around the room while we were out on our excursions. Yes they had security cameras throughout the facility but that another guest could walk into your room. Pool hours would have nice if they were extended instead of 9pm maybe make it until 11pm or midnight. We returned too arrived to late to enjoy the pool and unwind. Prior to getting there we had issues with reservations. Kept on getting notifications saying my credit card (all 3 of my credit cards) was invalid when in fact it was not. I had between the 3 available credit of 25k for a hotel reservation of $450.00. This was going on a daily basis for a week. Wrote to them sent them sent screenshots showing that my credit card more than sufficient available balance.

Nothing Staff were not hospitable, hotel was very poor quality, gaps in windows, bugs everywhere, very noisy, poor location. Hotel request deposit or card copy and put silly rules everywhere and threats of extra charges
-
No outlets near beds. Only one key per room so once you leave the AC turns off

The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, and the staff very helpful. Communication before we arrived was also very good. We also appreciated that the tour we selected to Iguazu falls picked us up at this hotel, which was very convenient. Finally, the hotel is close enough to town for us to walk back and forth to enjoy shopping and meals, and we liked that very much. We found out later that there was a van for the airport and we should have asked about that in advance. But no complaints.

It was a bit far from the center (still walking distance) but we knew that when booking.

Soft matress, friendly stuff Not too cozy

Room was clean. Breakfast was horrible. There was very little variety or choice. The pastries were stale and you can tell that they were quite old. Staff weren’t friendly. I was also charged more than the advertised price. It worked out as 30$ more expensive than agreed for no reason.

Quick trip to visit the falls. The neighborhood is a bit noisy with dogs barking at night. Pillows could be softer. Breakfast had some stale pastries on the buffet. All in all, good for a short stay.

The hotel room was fantastic! Very large and modern with the biggest bed I’ve ever seen - basically 2 x queen beds together. We got in late after a huge day at Iguazu Falls. Check in and check out was a long procedure and you must pay a cash security deposit. Upon checkout it took the shift manager about 5 minutes to inspect our room before telling us it passed and we got our deposit back. So they are very thorough with inspections! There’s a great pool too. Excellent value for money!

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The room is big and the staff friendly. The only thing is that i would like to see more options for breakfast, not even eggs were available. But all in all, good value

Large clean room and nice shower good pool area but water very cold Breakfast was very bad only one fruit every day which was always water melon, dry bread and cakes ,warm yogurt no eggs and orange squash not fresh , only had one toaster for the whole hotel. Mattresses are worn out and Air conditioning in room is weak and noisy ,staff are miserable and not helpful also they take a cash deposit and give it back after doing a room inspection on check out which i have never had before.

The bed was comfy and the breakfast is good. But the forniture in the room seemed old and neglected. The password of the wifi exposed in the room was wrong, I had to go back to the reception. There was nothing around the hotel, few places to eat, but you are halfway between "las tres fronteras" and the city center.
