We liked the location , the garden and the pool. For a four Star hotel the place needs a huge refurbishment. The bathrooms are in poor state with tap knobs coming off. The bathrooms facilities must be at least 30 years old and need refurbishment badly. The waiters in the restaurant are very professional and the food is of good quality. The bathrooms need refurbishment.

The pool and breakfast were excellent. It was nice and quiet. It’s dated and a little far from everything if you don’t have a car.

good location staff was not friendly, everything you asked for the direct answer was “no”, very bad customer service. Food was not good and smelled pretty bad. Overall we had a very bad experience even tho we tried with the food several times. I do not recommend, there’s beautiful hotels in the area with better prices, and places. Rooms were old and they look beaten up

We stayed only one night, but it was very nice, the staff was very friendly and the room is really beautiful, with a beautiful view from the balcony, it felt like being in the middle of the forest. The breakfast was also very good, everything was delicious and the check in/check out process was very fast. Because of the location, you don't feel like going out at night or without a car, the city is apparently very safe, but you don't feel comfortable.

The location was a bit out of the way but it was nice, open space. Big hotel, with nice furniture, pool, but you can see it is pas its heyday. The staff is by far the worst of the hotel. We arrived at 10am. Check-in is at 2pm. We wanted to get changed to go on a tour and they didn't offer us a room to do so, altough the hotel was half empty :-/. One day we ordered a caesar salad to our room 1:15h later I go to reception to cancel the order, as it was too late to eat and the receptionist was super rude about me wanting to cancel it. Told me to go to the restaurant and cancel it myself if I really want to cancel it. I went and saw the receptionist call the restaurant manager (restaurant and reception are 10m apart). In the breakfast, they don't let you make your own sandwitches to take on trips as they want to charge you for a "picnic box" ?

What I liked most was the ease of check-in, the comfort of the room (very spacious), the practicality of the parking, and the location, in a very nice area of Puerto Iguazu, not so touristy and very serene, very wooded, with nice cafes nearby and places to stock up on drinks and fast food. The room service also works very well. The hotel is located in a forest garden, with green spaces all around the rooms, a spacious lobby with a veranda overlooking the entire property, and comfortable armchairs to sit and watch the scenery or chat. All the staff is amicable and extremely professional. The hotel lived years of splendor, I remember going a decade ago and everything was brand new. Maybe the building and the rooms should be touched up a bit. On the other hand, the TV in the room is tiny, and the internet in the rooms does not work well, I mean the free internet. Nevertheless, the balance is excellent.

It’s old fashioned and decorated with lots of wood. Breakfast was okay, could be improved by adding bacon, sausages, etc. Decaffeinated coffee would have been nice. Rooms need to be updated. The air conditioning in the room barely cooled. During the day the room was hot and humid. The hallways are not cooled, only a small section in the lobby was cooled. The restaurant service was not good, it was extremely slow and the food was mediocre at best. Food in the pool area was not good.
