Friendly staff, A/C worked well, hot water, internet worked, bus station across the street! near good restaurants, short walk to main street of Puerto Iguazu, pool was nice on a hot day. Baggage storage very helpful. Staff helpful. Breakfast was quite impressive and pleasant surprise. Not luxury but affordable and great value. Can't beat proximity to bus station. All was good. Some staff didn't speak English well. Older room but it was comfortable.

Location It was not a hotel , more like a motel . The room had no safe , no fridge , no facilities like a kettle or hairdryer . The towels were old , hard and quite disgusting .

They overcharge the price that they insisted to add 21% tax on us, but we are foreigners and paying with foreign credit card. They refused to listen and ignored any information from the booking, neither from the regulation on our booking page nor from the email of booking customer service.

Central location with private parking area. Ample breakfast choices (but mainly sweet options). Staff not speaking English and not very attentive, airco not working properly (only one option on or off). No bidet in the bathroom.
