The room was very clean, the staff exceptionally kind and helpful, and the area was wonderful. The reserve was right across from them and the border to Brazil very close. They advertised and offered some great experience options.

La actitud de los recepcionistas Está muy sucio y necesita serias reparaciones por la humedad. El desayuno está lleno de panadería y los huevos son bastante malos, cuando son casi la única opción de proteína .

    Not very clean

The room was clean and the property is very walkable. Just a short drive into town or to Iguazu falls.

The pool is nice and clean, but the rooms, bathroom, and furniture are old. The room smells of mold, the window screens are broken, and the hotel lacks maintenance. During a heavy rainstorm at night, I woke up with water on my face due to a leak in the ceiling. Breakfast is good, but if you want eggs, you have to pay extra, Another detail: the bath towels were old and torn. The lack of communication among the staff, especially regarding the cleaning and maintenance of the hotel.

Location and facilities are nice. Staff in front desk were helpful. It’s a shame that management doesn’t give them all the tools they need to do a better job. Maintenance is missing. We had to be relocated twice until we finally got a decent room. First room with a clogged sink, and a broken AC in the second room. Third upgraded room was good.

Restaurant has a great dining room but the food is mediocre.

We stayed only one night to visit the Argentina Falls so didn’t use the pool or most facilities, although they seemed to be very nice. Hotel was in a nice location and easy to find. They held our luggage while we were at the Falls. Prior to arrival, had a difficult time to reach the hotel by phone or information given on Booking.com or their website. It would have made it easier in our planning. We checked in around 9pm and tried to get information on going to the Falls from the hotel. A suggestion: The front desk should have some information on how to get to the Falls. I asked about the bus and they said they had no information on it and said instead, I should take a taxi which they could call for me (which they did). But, it turned out the bus stop was right outside the hotel and was a much cheaper alternative than taking a taxi. (Please note: the morning reception people seemed much more knowledgable and friendly). Thank you.

Pros: Service is very friendly and helpful with all needs. Pool bar is very nice, good vibe. The place is very peaceful! Cons: Need to take a taxi to go anywhere, it’s quite far from the center. The food is not great, dinner was just ok and breakfast was very simple and not great. No wifi in the rooms. Cold water in the shower

It was basic accommodation, only slept for 1 night. The common grounds are nice, has a lot of potential. The mattress needed replacing, made a hole in the middle. Bathroom towels although clean, had a strange smell, like smoke. Hard to figure out how that was. The breakfast was not good.

Pool was fantastic, easy access to Iguazu Falls, bird park, and helicopter tour.

It has a lot of potential, the open spaces, the nature, the swimming pools, very peaceful and quiet. It's a 10 or 12 min drive to downtown. The bedrooms being little houses so it's more private and gives you a sense that you are not in a hotel. - The doors dont lock or close properly. - The bedrooms are very stuffy and the bathrooms don't have small windows for smell and humidity to leave nor it has an air extractor so we had to air the bathroom with open doors to the bedroom, not good at all. - The air conditioner bearly works, the heat was extreme that night and the air conditioner wasn't really cooling much. - Poor wifi connection and it's only available in common areas like the reception and the restaurant. - Breakfast was not special, eggs are not included. We paid 100$ a night and had to pay extra for some overcooked eggs. - We think it's a bit overpriced for the value of the experience.

On-site restaurant, bar and store. Two swimming pools. Room is very aged and run down.
